Bartender was awesome. He did his job very well with a great attitude. Nowadays it's hard to find people like that especially when the establishment is under staffed, but he did a great job, bowling was good. Food overpriced for a frozenpizza & more selection of food needs improvement.

Then We Were Told We Were Unable To Bowl Due To A Private Party. No Courtesy Call To Inform Us. Was Verbally Attacked By The Bartender, Desiree And This Was Not The First Time. Do Not Recommend Bowling Here!

To be fair, I cannot say how the value or ambience rated because the Blackhawk did not honor the OpenTable reservation and offered no apologies.
We didn't eat. Just bowling & cocktails. Good cocktails in a retro bowling alley. Live music- DJ

Loved the environment, the bar, and the bartender! Unfortunately there was ZERO maintenance on the lanes and they had no oil. If you are with bowlers who know how to actually bowl, this is not the place to go. So sad to have to leave such a low review because we loved the vibe, but the bowling was terrible!
Atmosphere is nice. We reserved a lane on a Saturday night. We got there, bowled one game, and then we were asked to leave our lane due to another reservation even though another party had been there longer than us. Very disappointing and unprofessional to double book reserved lanes.
I don't think they serve food. That is provided in other areas of the hotel. 4 of the 6 bowling lanes were mechanically down. Short staffed with a lot of waiting. Amanda was very attentive when able.

Excellent 5 star hotel with a bowling alley. 11 floors of 2 room hotel rooms. A swimming pool and outdoor lounge and a bar with pool tables. Nice city view. Comfortable beds. Built in TV in room bathroom
We had been here in the past and always enjoyed our time. We reserved the VIP bowling area as we had 4 kids and 4 adults. We reserved 2 hours..Even though that area is expensive we had to go down to the bar area to get our own drinks. Not that big of a deal. Then we ordered some pizza and pretzels for the kids. Well…. Since there was only 1 person down there you can imagine how that went….. the VIP area lanes kept messing up and needing to be reset. The balls kept getting stuck in the back. The one lane completely shut down in the middle of our second game. The guys were back there for a long time trying to get it fixed but it never did start functioning correctly. We just have up playing on our lane. They said a couple of times they were trying to give us more time. That never happened. But we were good and just wanted to leave. One would think they would have compedmost or all of the second hour ($150 per hour), but they didn’t. Instead the comped our food. (Maybe $60). Some of the food should have been comped as well because the pretzels were cold inside and the beer cheese that they came with was barely warm and super clumpy. Very disgusting looking. Suffice it to say we will not be visiting this establishment again and they should definitely close the VIP area until that area can be maintained appropriately!
An absolute waste of time and lack of managing. Went in for a bachelor party and had a reservation from 5-7 for bowling. They had no employees present to work the bowling alley and asked if we would mind pushing the start time of our bowling to 6 and asked us to wait in their lobby. We sat and waited until 6:30 for a worker to finally show up only to have the worker say they would not honor our reservation because it was past 5 and they were booked out and were only going to use two lanes tonight out of their 6. After taking to the highly untrained and rude manager she told us she would talk to him and came back up to say there was nothing she would or could do about it. We will not be back, hopefully they can find some competent management for future guests.
Everything was great except half the lanes were out of order/not working. Bartenders were super nice and friendly and drinks were delicious. I would definitely go back if they fixed the issues with the lanes.
