I have been here a few times and thought it was ok but this last experience really tipped the scale. Everything is covered in oil from the lanes, the kid working the counter was extremely rude and gave us the worst attitude. Our lane kept malfunctioning, and the computer system was also not working right. When we asked for help the kid gave us even more attitude. Sadly this place is dirty, not well kept up and has poor service, so I would not recommend it.

Nice bowling alley. Few updates which are nice- flooring and screens it seemed like. Alley should probably be next as the maintenance guy had to keep fixing.

Had my daughter's birthday here and it was perfect! Very reasonable pricing, plenty of room, great food and super friendly staff! We will definitely be returning!

I was going to go out to go bowling, they said I would need 10 bucks, and then I ended up spending 16 bucks. I didn’t think to much of this, and as I order a pizza. It took an hour for the pizza. The pizza was raw, tasted like cardboard, the cheese wasn’t even cooked all the way, and worse of all I couldn’t get a refund. I also asked to see if why it looked like this and they said, “ oh that’s how it’s supposed to be”. Didn’t eat the pizza much. So then I went to go get a drink for 2 bucks and it took my money. It gave me 50 cents back. Now I asked about what had happened and they gave me the dollar and 50 cents that I needed back. But still was inconvenient for me. Could have been better.

Honestly, it was overpriced for everything, 20 dollars for a raw pizza that took 2 hours for them to start making. The vending machine stole some money and the games were broken. Don't use the bumpers either, they almost always break.

Terrible service.Lady manager on Saturday 7/22/23 had a bad attitude and when I asked about a drinks with lower sugar she said they all have the same sugar content. Got the tie die punch and it was awe til. I had 3 different people take a sip and they all said it was gross. Took a full pitcher back to the counter to see if they could make me something else and the lady started helping me and the bar tender (male) started talking over her pointing at a sign as saying that there are no refunds and if I wanted something else I would have to pay for it. After explaining that 3 others said something is off and one of her mixers probably went bad she remade me a drink. Overall rude experience. I am shaking now because they instead of fixing the issue and possibly tasting it them selves made me feel incompetent and didn't diffuse the situation properly. The manager did make me a new drink finally and it tasted better. WILL NEVER GO BACK, I FELT MISTREATED. Where here with a birthday party of about 30 people and they had nothing but bad things to say about almost every experience they had. Said the lady they talked to when setting it up was great but it's like a night and day experience from what was talked about setting it up.
