I stopped into Buffalo Wild Wings for a quick bite, Victoria and Kate absolutely made my visit outstanding. From the moment I sat down, she greeted me with genuine energy and a welcoming attitude that set the tone for the whole meal.
I ordered a classic burger with fries and a Diet Coke, and Victoria made sure everything came out perfectly. She checked in just the right amount—not too much, not too little—making sure my drink stayed full and my food was exactly how I wanted it. Her timing and attention to detail were spot-on.
What really stood out was her professionalism and friendliness. She handles a busy bar with ease, stays calm under pressure, and still makes every guest feel like they matter. That’s not something you see every day, and it speaks volumes about her work ethic and dedication to great service.
Victoria is the kind of bartender every restaurant wishes they had: efficient, personable, and dependable. Buffalo Wild Wings is lucky to have her representing the brand. I’ll definitely be back—great service makes all the difference.

If I could do 0 stars I would. We ordered food and my husband went to pick it up at the time they said it would be ready. He was told it would be another 30 mins. He waited then went back in only to find out our food was done and they gave it to the wrong customer. They tried to give that meal to my husband but it's been ran through and old by this time. They told my husband he will have to wait awhile to get new food because they are busy instead of re making our food first.

I will never return to this establishment. The wait on burgers is 30 mins even when there's only 4 tables seated. The cooks are incompetent, if they need a real cook please reach out. Disgusted with place, this wasn't the first time however it's the last. ✌️

HORRIBLE or whatever the word you prefer for service. Ordered wings, grilled dippers, fried pickles and regular fries. Called at 6:10 and got in line for my pick up at 6:35, I was still standing in line until 7:20 when I finally got my order. I hate to bash the staff since they’re at mercy of the cooks which apparently there was 3 new cooks but come on. This location needs to call the manager of ANY chick fil an and take notes. They are lucky there weren’t any Karen’s in there.. don’t think I’ve ever had a good experience on a Thursday night. Needless to say I finally get my order and it’s wrong OF COURSE so then get to wait longer. Safe to say I won’t be going back there any time soon. If your planning on going there with a group of more then 0 people you might as well choose somewhere else

I went there to resolve a doordash incident where my doordash driver named Elijah ate my food and claimed it as delivered and doordash never helped me and didn't give me my refund even at the end the kind Souls at Buffalo Wild Wings remade my dinner for free they are some of the best people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with this terrible altercation with and they all need a 10x raise for their duty to my problem love yall 10/10 service I will now be there Harold preaching about their deeds
