Came to watch the Superbowl and Keith was my server. The atmosphere was good, as was the cheesecurds. He was fantastic and very patient amd kind with me, brought my food hot and refilled my drinks in a timely manner.

My brother camen into town after not seeing him for 20 years! Went to Buffalo wild wings for dinner! My family and I ordered our meals. I ordered a new salad on the menu honey chicken salad.... every one got there food and they were all done eating for 15 minutes before I got my salad... This was my first time at BWW and it was a bad experience.... We will have to see what the future holds! Because I don't plan on going back any time soon!!!! I did end up getting the salad and it was very good! But it was the service that out a bad taste in my mouth! Like guys! It's a salad! How hard is that to make!?

We arrived on a Saturday around 5:30pm. There were five in our party. There was a crowd but quite a few empty tables. Our order was taken and all the orders arrived piece meal about ten to fifteen minutes apart. My patter melt never arrived or did the waiter do anything to check on it. Finally, after everyone was done, I told him to just cancel it. A minute later it magically arrived. He should have engage a manager but did not. Not impressed with this establishment! Much better places to eat like the Filling Station.

Ordered wings and onion rings for pick up. Never received the onion rings. Called the store immediately for a credit. Waited 10 business days and never received it. Called again ad was told a credit was on the way. Never received it.

Terrible service. Called in order an hour ahead of pick up time. Was not ready when I arrived. Waited more than 30 minutes for my order. Gal in the front was not much help; didn’t offer a complimentary soda. Place was not that busy. Asked to speak with manager and she blew me off. Will not order again from here.

We will no longer recommend or eat at BBW. The service was terrible, order wrong, and The front area trashy. There's no excuse to have the area looking like a dumpster area, when there's not a crowd ir event going on. Unfortunately this wasn't the 1st time this has been noticed.
Came in with my boyfriend for a late night date and the service was terrible! No refills, no utensils and no check up’s at all. We always come here once in a while but our server Cora was not the best!

Check your online orders!! I got home after picking up an online order and was missing one of the four flavors I ordered. Wasn’t gonna make another 30 minute round trip. I called BBW and a manager gave me an adjusted refunded for the missing food. She did offer to remake full order if I wanted that option. What food I did get was good.
This was the worst experiences ever! Not only did they not give me the side I ordered they only put the wrap I ordered in the bag. The tortilla was burnt but everything inside including the chicken was cold. Definitely will think twice before ever ordering from here again! Maybe someone should actually check the bags before they leave the restaurant.

Unfortunately won't be coming back to this location, it might be worth it to drive to the location in IL to be honest. I placed a takeout order then still had to wait additional 30 minutes without any apologies or explanation for the long wait for any management or any other staff. Cold food, ice in the drink already melted and the smallest portion large fry and carrots/celery I've ever seen. The restaurant was very empty and quite so I am shocked at this bad experience.
