Check your online orders!! I got home after picking up an online order and was missing one of the four flavors I ordered. Wasn’t gonna make another 30 minute round trip. I called BBW and a manager gave me an adjusted refunded for the missing food. She did offer to remake full order if I wanted that option. What food I did get was good.
Ate there 2x because of its vicinity to the hotel. First time was a sandwich, second time just wings. Sat at the bar both times. The bartender was great for service. The environment was very loud because of the game that was on, and the food was mediocre. Second visit we were told they were not seating people because the kitchen was backed up, should have understood the hidden meaning a little better as the food didn't agree with my stomach.
