Went through drive thru asked about the duo meal for 5 dollars was told they don't have it and it would be more than 5 dollars if that is true they need to change their commercials left without ordering anything so much for lunch I guess

The young kid at the drive thru was laughing loudly through it and was slurring his words and laughing at me I could hear the others laughing then he asked my name I told him and he said BREAD? And they all started laughing I told him it again and he put a whopper on the screen like I ordered it all I wanted was my mobile order so I drove around and went inside only for the kid to come over and laugh at me? With? I just want my order so I walked out. Freaking ridiculous

Didn't know Jr whoppers come with missing toppings and taste like it sat in a refrigerator. Staff looks barely alive all looking like they hate their life choices of working there too. Poor sandwich looked like it got topped with scraps and pretty sure the top bun was touching the bottom bun indicating how there was virtually not a damn thing on it. What happenend to stacking a sandwich like they used too? Total crap other than the fries were freshly done before my own eyes. Get your life together B.K., used to be the only place i ate but not if it came to this.

Literally have my order cancelled and told “they can’t make it” EVERY TIME I have went to this location. I never got a refund! Absolutely horrible service! LAZY STAFF! WILL NOT EVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION! Literally robbing me at this point! Refused to make my food and refused to give me a refund! Can’t give a Zero or lesser star value or I’d rate a Negative $20 out of 5 stars!
