They accept online orders for until 7 and then were closed by 4pm when I drove there.

When you put together a door dash order do you even check to make sure its right? Also why is there not a receipt with my order? Its really not that hard.

Get to the the speaker to place my order. Right off I'm told to hold on. Didn't even get a welcoming like they are trained to do!! This place is ran down the menu was falling down and some were missing!! Then I finally got to place my order. 2 double cheese burgers and a lg fry. It took them almost 15 mins to get me my food. Their were only 3 cars in line. I worked burgerking back in the day and non of this would have whent on. Then I get my food. The burgers are cold. I only got 1 slice of cheese on a DOUBLE cheese burger. I didn't get a welcome at the window or a reason it's taking so long. They are rude and slow as ever.

Horrible fries very cold even when eating in the parking lot. Whopper bun stale and tasted like the hamburger was made at noon and ordered at 4pm even after waiting in a line for about 5-10min. Coke machine down. This was 2nd location went to because 1st BK had only diet drinks coke machine also not working for anything regular

Went tonight at 730 thru drive thru 3/21/21. open till 10pm. The person on the box had a hard time understanding I just wanted a deluxe chik sandi. She could have been new is their excuse for it?. I read it exactly off menu to her. I was the only one at drive up. Waited out front for it. No tomato or stuff. I got a refund. merchant nr 456201659993. Very disappointed again.

Food was good. Customer service was horrible! as we ate, I listened to the staff swearing in the back. I asked for a receipt and was told that they don't have a receipt machine. What kind of business can't give you a receipt?

I was very disappointed in the quality of the triple Whopper w/cheese sandwich and the fries I received. The burgers were dry and overcooked; the sandwich was only lukewarm. The fries were cold. I will never go back to the location at 53rd Street and Brady Street in Davenport, Iowa.

Burgers are ALWAYS cold, was here today and yesterday...chicken sandwich was cold, the toaster was down for New Sourdough sandwich....out of cheesy tots. They need to retrain managers!
