I when to California Pho in Davenport, Iowa many times. I been recommended a lot of people go there but now I will stop doing it because they ripped me off by charging a left over soup take home for $6.00 extra. They said the container is 32 oz. I did ask for extra soup previously once but they did not charge me. I did not know they charged me for the whole container of 32oz. That I saved to take home. I agreed if they charge $3.
