The worker needs to wear hairnets! There was a hair on my food last night.Location? At the mall in Davenport IA. I didnt eat somewhere and posted it at your website. Of course at your restaurant that happened the same day. And I showed it to one of your worker. The food and the hair. You can ask your worker if you want to know. Most horrible Charleys ever experienced! Near $17 for a sandwich combo. Then when 99.9% of other Charleys will give a free refil of lemonade....this one charges a $1!! Isnt it already expensive enough?????? Moreover, a very dirty food court to eat in. Never going back!

I had clearly ordered a chicken philly yet the lady taking the order gave steak Philly and when we mentioned that she gave the wrong order she argued with me saying I ordered it wrong.

This was my favorite place til today. I ordered once a week. Today I ordered, didn't get what I ordered, I called and was told they watched video and I was wrong. Won't go back. Very disappointed in today's service. As you see NO green peppers, mushroom or onions

The loaded fries are extremely good. As with most fries best if eat them right there versus taking home. Then they would get soggy. Sandwich is listed as well and did not skimp on the meat. I was already mostly stuffed from the loaded fries so I was only able to eat half of it. Took other half home and still good later. We love getting the lemonade. The girls love strawberry and a peach! They actually add pieces to the lemonade. Only item of issue is the plastic cup the lemonade was flimsy. When I grabbed the middle the cup was trying to fold in so I have to hold from the bottom.
