Very disappointed. The burger I received looked nothing like normal food — the bun was smashed and soggy, the bacon was thrown on top, and everything looked messy and poorly prepared. It honestly looked like it had been stepped on before being wrapped. When you pay for food, you expect at least basic quality and presentation. This was unacceptable. I hope the management pays attention to food quality and how orders are prepared

Would give 0 stars ! Asked for a double cheeseburger with lettuce mayo and tomato only ! Get the burger check it , it has everything on the burger and it was a single cheeseburger! The heavy set white manager was so rude ! Will NOT be returning here

Staff was outside arguing with someone in a car upon arrival. Since staff was arguing the auto voice couldn't pick up what we were ordering. When ask to talk to a real person to repeat back my order to make sure it's correct the staff was rude and said the sandwiches have already been made. Why make the sandwiches already, what if I said I want to change my order and order something else? Once getting home and checking the order all 3 sandwiches were made wrong
