I’m in town visiting family and had a craving for some chicken nuggets. Me and the kiddos stopped by and grabbed a 12 pc meal, and an extra 8 ct.
service I got yesterday just came off as rude. I didn’t get a straw, I didn’t get any sauce, and barely got any fries. Not one person said “my pleasure” the whole experience just wasn’t right yesterday. It was a sad.. probably won’t go back considering I live 5 hours away and I can get better service at other well loved QC family owned businesses when I come visit.

This was for 53rd location and won’t let me delete review or change location!

Same food as you’ll get at every other CFA. My fav thing about this location is that even though it’s located in a mall, they have curbside pick up!

I asked the young girl behind the counter if I could have a nugget tray and she told me I'd have to order online and she would not help me in the store after leaving the store extremely disappointed I then proceeded online to get my order and after 30 minutes I come back to her talking to her coworker about me laughing as I heard the other individual say don't worry I won't tell. The store needs to go through a serious training because they also left out my large fry this was not an experience I expected from Chick-fil-A.

If you want to have food poisoning, definitely come to this location. We really needed to have throw up stained carpet, and this place got it to us the fastest!! The mixture of honey mustard and ketchup looks stunning.

They always get my order incorrect, how do you get confused with grilled and fried chicken nuggets, also was very disappointed when they told me they didn’t have burgers, sad world we live in… also who’s not open on Sundays what a joke

The few mishaps they've had on my order. They have corrected and always treated me right. Appreciate the quality service even in the mall when it gets hectic.

I absolutely love Chick-fil-A. What I love more is the customer service that I have always received. However last week I went to the North Park location and had an issue with one of my entrees. I called and requested to speak to a manager and was connected with Xavier. After explaining to him my issue he then puts down the phone possibly thinking he muted it and makes a sarcastic remark to one of his co-workers. Now my coworker and I are in the office and I happen to have the audio call on speaker. He basically implied I was a liar and was being "smart". Nothing was pleasurable about the experience. He said he would replace the salad and went to take my name. I asked him to repeat it back it took him 6 times to get my name correctly. So not only does he lack management skills, but he sucks at customer service, de-escalation and is not a problem solver. It was such a poor experience that I called back later because no one even apologized. Forget another FREE salad. I understand things happen but lead with an apology. So I called back to speak to another manager and got "Kylie" explained to her what happened and she rectified the situation, I felt heard and hopefully this can be used for training purposes. It's never about the product/money ALWAYS about what's morally correct. Thanks Kylie you are an asset to the company. Train Xavier better.

I ordered via the guy outfront with the computer. I specifically asked for sweet tea with NO ICE, becauae i have a tooth with a nerve showing. I get up to the counter & a lady named Connie (older african american) came with an ice full cup of tea. I noted i asked for no ice! She snottily snatched the drink, said in a whisper, "Jesus Christ" and other choice profanity words! HOW HORRIBLE customer service!! The manager on duty had to come give me change, because she apparently didnt know how to give change back for my ticket!! I came here with my family & elderly mother! How sickening the service was! And cold fries!!

lacks quality vs the store. this location has 9/10 times gave me inedible fries that are not crispy and is like chewing cotton.. similar issues with the chicken. simple fix .. get trained by the other location or get modernized equipment like the other store if thats the issue, quit tarnishing the name

I never leave reviews but I’m not exaggerating when I say every single time I have ordered from this location they always forget part of my meal. I don’t think I would be as frustrated if it was every once and awhile, but every single time?? How could you let your staff be that unorganized? So if you do eat here, make sure you check your order.

I was just here at my local chick fl a in the drive through on this cold winter day. This rude (white women) about 16-17 taking orders in the drive through asked what I wanted with attitude and no greeting this is the worst service I’ve gotten from a chick fl an ever. She was very rude and gave little to no communication. Will not be coming here again because it truly
