We went to Chick-fil-A today and there was literally not a single person in line. We ordered on the app and stood to the side to wait for our food out of no where about 12 people showed up and ordered their food and the manager and staff decided they would clear the line of people first before even starting the two sandwiches from my order. I asked the manager why they did that she said he’s cooking the sandwiches. I’m sorry there is no reason to fulfill that many orders after mine. I felt super disrespected meanwhile my order was the most expensive. Why did I get treated like I didn’t matter meanwhile my 3 kids are hungry watching everyone else get their food. I’ve never had a bad experience before at Chick-fil-A but this was definitely a bad experience

I usually don’t leave negative reviews unless I genuinely am upset. I asked for NO cheese because I’m on antibiotics and can’t have dairy. Instead, my salad came covered in blue cheese crumbles. Having to pick through it defeats the whole point of ordering it that way. If staff can’t follow a simple instruction tied to someone’s health, it makes you wonder what else gets ignored. Really disappointing. I should have checked before I left but I shouldn’t have to tell them how to do their job.. And the worst part? I’ve been eating at home for whole meals and I even make my own salads, and the one time I decide to eat out(I have headaches because of my medication so I wanted to take a break), my food comes out wrong. $13-14
What a joke. Please do better, Davenport CFA, I want you to avoid headaches from future customers too.

Very rude customer service, took over 20 minutes and food was cold and got major attitude from staff when I asked for them to remake it...And still waited about 15 minutes and there was no other customers...They was more worried about being on their phones...id give negative stars if I could....

After some back to school shopping, the whole family was craving a meal! We stopped by our favorite chikfila for a positive experience as always. My mother loves how friendly the staff always is, the food is always hot, fries are seasoned perfect, and the portions are great! We even got to meet Ethan and he told us how he traveled all the way across America to run this awesome store. Run, don’t walk, to this chikfila next time you’re at north park mall!

Maybe I have been living in other states and Austria for so long, but not long enough?Since my return to the Quad Cities in 2023, I really have found no comparison worthy here in Rock Island, Davenport, Moline, Milan. I miss the higher quality of the Fuquay-Varina, Sanford, Cary, Raleigh North Carolina, Vienna, and Austria, part of the world, and Bettendorf has the only places that compare. Moline Chick-fil-A and Davenport N Park Mall both just suck! Cleanliness and customer service or relationships 🤔 maybe it has something to do with the pandemic and Biden? Nomics
Do NOT order right as they open nor just before closing. The food takes an extraordinarily long time to come out, but is never hot/fresh during these times. Midday is best for fresh food and decent service.

I’m in town visiting family and had a craving for some chicken nuggets. Me and the kiddos stopped by and grabbed a 12 pc meal, and an extra 8 ct.
service I got yesterday just came off as rude. I didn’t get a straw, I didn’t get any sauce, and barely got any fries. Not one person said “my pleasure” the whole experience just wasn’t right yesterday. It was a sad.. probably won’t go back considering I live 5 hours away and I can get better service at other well loved QC family owned businesses when I come visit.

Same food as you’ll get at every other CFA. My fav thing about this location is that even though it’s located in a mall, they have curbside pick up!
