Most of the time we have a great experience here. On a few occasions there is a slip up with the wrong number of nuggets in the container or missing something in the bag, we always excuse it for them being overly busy. Customer service seems to resolve it quickly.

Specifically asked for no bacon in my salad and they keep on adding it even though the order clearly states that. Called them they took my name and number and didn’t even return a call. Never got a refund. My family will not be going here anymore

Orders a curbside order, got there, there was 1 curbside pickup spot that someone actually parked in. Waited for order to come out, never did, had to park in lot and eventually went in to get curbside order.

Worst spot to come on lunch break or if you are on borrowed time. There’s always a line at the counter and ALWAYS only one person helping. Everyone from the kitchen will see there’s a line and still no one helps to speed the process.

I’m in town visiting family and had a craving for some chicken nuggets. Me and the kiddos stopped by and grabbed a 12 pc meal, and an extra 8 ct. service I got yesterday just came off as rude. I didn’t get a straw, I didn’t get any sauce, and barely got any fries. Not one person said “my pleasure” the whole experience just wasn’t right yesterday. It was a sad.. probably won’t go back considering I live 5 hours away and I can get better service at other well loved QC family owned businesses when I come visit
This is probably my only third time to ever eat at Chick-fil-A because the nearest one is 30 mi away and I'll have to go more often now but we were on a road trip from Wichita to Chicago Illinois and we stopped for breakfast at the lead bosses request because he loves their bowls and burritos.
Kid-friendliness: Chick-fil-A is known for being a strong Christian family environment ! Long live President Trump !

Very unpleasant experience. The inside of the store is much smaller and doesn’t seat as many people as it did before the remodel. What tables are left in the store, have people sitting so close together that you feel your personal space is being invaded.
The food: the food quality has really gone down lately. I have missing items from my order and the chicken is overcooked.
Really disappointed in this chick fil a recently.
