Food was good, staff looked like a bunch of meth head hippies though.Couldn't figure out when their "staff" was going to show up and didn't know how to work the waiting list thing.The little kiosk thing they use to have you pay your bill is absolutely DISGUSTING.Food tasted decent, prices were not terrible though.

Wheelchair accessibility: Easily wheelchair accessible. We had no trouble with handicap parking, wheelchair ramps to the front door and then to our seating, and plenty of room to fitting a wheelchair at the table with us.

Food always good! My most recent visit deserved 5 stars for great service. but my prior visit sucked because the waitress took our order, but never turned it in to the kitchen leaving us to sit with our 6 year old for 1 3/4 hours not knowing what was going on. When asked, the waitress saw she had made an error and then placed our order. We got no discount and a wishy washy apology. (that's why 3 stars) It may have been a once in a blue moon error, but was unfortunate.

Wonderful food and the young lady that took our order was great.
Hostess sucks. Poorly managed could handle any table of more than four people. Half the booths and tables are empty because management said they did not have enough servers. Crappy place overall!

My husband and I went to chili's at approximately 3:30 pm. I ordered a mushroom and swiss burger with no onions and no condiments. I received a burger loaded with onions. Server took the burger back to be re-made. The manager re-made the mushroom swiss burger and loaded it with mayo. The server was vey apologetic. The manager did not bother to come to the table to apologize or even try salvage the experience.
