Davenport location under this managment not worth the trip. In fact claiming to represent Chipotle, staff at this location will make customers feel unimportant and concerns with order will be met with name calling. The Denver location would not last with this crew.

Hard brown rice. Out of Guac at 8 pm on Friday and found out when I was already paying.

got my bowl home and the first bite i took was hard rice. thought it was a one off but i have gotten hard rice in every single bite. I haven’t had a good bowl from this restaurant in a LONG time

Over $15 for a salad with some over cooked brisket, fajita veggies unavailable. We haven't had any all day, she spits out. The place was clean and the service was fast, but can't say I had a satisfying meal.

Not impressed with this place. 4 orders all the same meat choice all bowls all different prices. When management was approached with receipts his response was, "I don't disagree with you but I don't make prices."
One of my boys had a burrito that was so sloppy he had to get a bowl and fork to eat it.

I keep trying to like Chipotle but it’s such a rip off ! Today I tried the Elmore Ave location. Super busy so I think that’s a good sign. Rushed us through the line shouting hot, medium, mild salsa to each customer ( I think he was a manager) then slop on whatever you ask for. I like the flavor of the food but it’s just slopped on and there’s never hardly ANY meat. I don’t know how many ozs of protein is supposed to be in their serving size but it’s super puny ! I had to pick through my bowl to even find any meat. Basically a bowl of rice and beans ! Funny you order a “chicken” bowl and the chicken is the least amount of anything in the bowl. Also the chicken was very dry and chewy. With the amount of people dining there the meat should be fresh all the time. Just feels like a huge waste of $$$$$. Also a man after me v was offered a free drink as a Merry Christmas ? Didn’t hear of anyone else getting that offer. Please don’t be so skimpy with your meat ! It works be comical of not so disappointing.

Your website and automated customer service is very poor. I set up an account, placed an order, paid for that order, never got an email to confirm delivery. Tried to call and again was put into an automated system that didn’t understand my issues. I never connected with a real person. You have lost another customer!!!

They literally had no burritos on 11/27/24 - who ever heard of a burrito restaurant with no burritos? Also, the amount of food for the cost is way out of proportion. The value is no longer here. Skipping for a long time.
