I wouldn't travel 5 min across town to visit. I was doing laundry walked to the car to get my card and heard the door lock at 9:25 and they don't close until 9:30 I know good and well they seen me at the door.

Good product and friendly service. They need to do a better job mixing the shakes. For example, if the customer orders a cherry or strawberry or raspberry shake, there still shouldn't be huge white streaks of vanilla visible to the customer.

Good early Friday morning!
My fiancé apologises for not remembering the lady's name that waited on him yesterday on Thursday, September 26, 2024. She is a WARM AND KIND LADY. She ALWAYS has a smile! Iam his fiancé and was the one who was gravely injured on Wednesday, March 13, 2024 as I was the victim and pedestrian in the hit and run accident on Rockingham Road.

Delicious ice cream and tons of interesting shake flavors! I've had great experiences at the Moline and West Davenport locations, but the latter is my preferred for the inviting interior.

I've grown up eating Country Style Ice Cream and enjoy any chance I get to stop by. My last visit to the Davenport, IA location started out great but changed when I was ready to receive my ice cream.Was informed that a "paying customer " can only choose a maximum of 3 flavors for a shake because more than that makes it too liquidy and "takes away from the product we're trying sell".....What!!!You're supposed to be selling ice cream based on a long-standing, well-known name that many people make it a priority to get when they come to the QC.To limit a "paying customer" on what they deem satisfying doesn't bode well for future business.Hopefully, the Moline location offers the same quality service that they always have.I understand wanting to have a business identity and create a specific following, but doing it at the expense of faithful patrons doesn't seem like the best approach.

The guy putting his hand up, half opening the window to say they don't open until 2p today--and it was 1:51pm--perturbed me to say the least. Then, the girl with the best customer service skills was locked out...by this same bald guy. Not a good look, and we won't be back, although this was our favorite spot.Also, a printed out sign noted they open for business at 11 AM. Why would you not have signage stating you're opening late on Mother's Day? ?
