ordering was quick and easy, lady was nice and very helpful with my first Boston shake, place is very clean, very well taken care of.
good place to grab a snack while your waiting for your clothes to be cleaned with the laundrymat near by

Love the ice cream....the payment asking to include a tip, not so much

I have been purchased hard serve ice cream for over 3 years at this location, but I’m really disappointed for recent 2 times. The portion of double scoops were almost same size as single scoop before. The bottom scoop was not even firm, only 5 spoons to finish the bottom one.

I bought a ice cream cake for my daughter's 20th birthday. The cake was absolutely delicious.

They have the best malts I have had in decades. They don't usually mix in the chocolate (I choose vanilla ice cream) fully. They are fast and the malts are excellent so I didn't deduct any starts for not mixing the chocolate all the way.

super expensive for the low quality ice cream that it is. they over charge if you get one single topping on a small cup, they will ring it up as a whole sundae. service was subpar. not very kind. this used to be the affordable ice cream place. very disappointing to see a QC staple going downhill.

I wouldn't travel 5 min across town to visit. I was doing laundry walked to the car to get my card and heard the door lock at 9:25 and they don't close until 9:30 I know good and well they seen me at the door.

Good product and friendly service. They need to do a better job mixing the shakes. For example, if the customer orders a cherry or strawberry or raspberry shake, there still shouldn't be huge white streaks of vanilla visible to the customer.

My fiancé apologises for not remembering the lady's name that waited on him yesterday on Thursday, September 26, 2024. She is a WARM AND KIND LADY. She ALWAYS has a smile! Iam his fiancé and was the one who was gravely injured on Wednesday, March 13, 2024 as I was the victim and pedestrian in the hit and run accident on Rockingham Road.
