Last night I got some food for myself, around 7-8pm. The guys that were working the counter were great, but whoever that girl was that was passing the food out to everyone had a serious attitude. She came up to me and gave me my food without even saying anything to me, I ask her if I can have some signature sauce and she rolls her eyes at me but still gives me the sauce and I say thank you and leave. Here I am being nice, buying food from your company, and your employee just seems like she doesn't want to be there. I understand it's late at night but you still had about 3 hours to work, so I'm not sure what her problem was but next time I think she should just stay home.

Just went there for.dinner tonight. Halfway through my burger it got cold and I looked and the burger was raw. Now feeling ill. Fast food burgers should never be raw.

I love Culvers, Probably the best Burger joint I've had. Normally I dont leave reviews on chain restaurants, but today I stopped by for a meal and my order was entered in wrong. Only receiving the Burger, and Drink correctly. While the scoop I ordered was given to me as a Mixer, and I had to go back around and order a Fry after not receiving it the first time, Paying extra for it.

Drove up at 6:00pm to get just a chicken sandwich combo, was told to pull forward which was totally understandable. But by 6:17 had to call the store 4 separate times to finally get ahold of someone to tell them several cars behind me already got their orders.
Only then to be rushed out my food, I asked to speak with a manager and was told one wasn’t available.
23 minutes in the drive thru is absolutely insane for a single item.
