Wow!!! This Culver’s has historically been quite bad with regards to service. We went there tonight and it’s like a new store. They had iPads that they were taking orders on and we pulled up to wait for our food and it was brought out in less than 5 minutes, they didn’t forget anything and they brought out the ice cream with the hot food. We have always loved the food but the service has been a big deterrent. I’m glad to see they are working on making it better.

There is a 5-10 minute wait for the food,after you order. It is worth the wait. Food is hot and delicious.

Slowest Culver’s in the Midwest

Food is always delicious but the service is iffy on the day. Was parked for 2 concrete mixers and waited 15 minutes only to go back in and get one remade. Other times was parked for 5-10 minites and sent on our way with our whole food order plus extra napkins and sauces. Do a coin flip! 😁

Had a negative interaction with the manager on shift (Mindy) with regard to how her staff was treating my family. She made zero attempt to resolve my issue and in fact condoned such behavior. MINDY made a point to LOUDLY state how to spell her name should I like to leave a “complaint”. Please make your decisions wisely when deciding which location you would like to give you money too.
