Normally do drive through, but decided to sit down inside. Staff was professional and accommodating. Cashier brought out our food in a timely manner. Wasn’t busy, so a few of them were making sure the tables were clean.

Looking at the reviews, I can see I am not the first one who has commented on this issue. The customer service really is not good here. This is not my first time being here either. I have dined in, and I have come through the drive up and both times the customer service was very dry. No “hello”, no “thank you”, and no smiles more importantly, just simply handing you your food. Honestly makes me not want to come back since this has happened multiple times. I think some training needs to be had for sure, nobody wants to pay their money to an establishment that is just rude.

Also, we got my daughter a strawberry shake and she ended up having a couple Reese’s in it, how nasty. How do you not see those in the cup or falling into the cup while making the shake?

I was rushed at the speaker and when I made it to the window it was all attitude the manager was supposed to have a talk with employee about the situation that didn't happen the whole team need to be reevaluated.

This is a really nice, clean medium sized inside dining area with outside tables as well. Swrvice is quick, efficient and friendly.

Wow, some mean-spirited young ladies work here, which others witnessed. One of the workers in particular was down-right nasty, but I sensed she was allowed to speak to people this way. This was not the first time I've seen her treat people poorly. Time for some customer service training -- or firing and new hiring. The owners need to get involved as I think there is a larger issue going on, and lots of attitudes.

Madison (who claimed to be the manager) is a HORRIBLE representation of your company. My child's meal was missing the chicken strips and we came back after the Iowa Championship game. Her response was "You don't have a phone to call us to let us know about your order? I get there was the game but you could've called." I asked if she would've delivered the missing food if I had called instead of going back after the game, to which she said NO. I asked for the owners contact information, which she refused to give and said she wasn't going to bother him about this on his personal day off. She went on to say there was nothing she would do for me and I needed to call or come back tomorrow after 11am. We didn't asked for the ice cream, drink or fries to be replaced, just what was missing. Didn't ask for a refund either. She got louder and louder as we were talking calmly to her.

Door was open at 10:45 and I wanted to purchase a pre-made cake. Lady asked how I got in and if the door was open. That should have been my sign. Then she said she couldn’t sell me the cake because they aren’t open until 11:00! Disappointing that a pre-made EASTER cake couldn’t be sold!!!

I hate sprinkles and love Halloween. So this was a must!
Quick update, they don't clean their fountain spigots, third time I've found a black floaty while just getting plain water, no ice.
2nd edit: t's been months and there is still parts of mold coming off from the spigots.
3rd: the "response" was just an stunt.
