Dairy Queen (Treat)

The employee working the register was very rude. My wife asked if they had a particular item because she didn’t see it on the Menu. She asked the employee where they were on the menu. The employee responds”I don’t know, I don’t study the menu”. They also don’t know how to make a blizzard correctly. All the toppings on the top and hardly any on the bottom.

I work in the mall and normally this place isn’t too bad, but today paid for extra toppings (same order I always get) and didn’t even get the regular amount of toppings. When I asked if she could put a couple extra scoops of Reece’s she told me no.

Yes this seems trivial but when I decided to spend $6 on ice cream I figured it would actually have toppings instead of being mostly vanilla ice cream.

My sister & I along with another customer waited 10 minutes to be served. When the employee finally came to the front after trying to get her attention and yelling to the back & knocking on the door she looked very agitated, & on her phone. No greet, sorry nothing! I know she heard us. Appetite spoiled don’t want the blizzard any longer & will take my business to elmore.

Paid $25 for a grilled chicken sandwich combo (with a large drink), 2 corn dogs, pretzel sticks, large s’mores shake, and medium triple berry fruit smoothie. All the “warm” food was “cooked” in a microwave. Chicken was mushy and only had lettuce and mayonnaise when the picture shows more toppings. I was given a small drink instead of a large like I ordered. Corn dogs were soggy and cold. Pretzel sticks were shriveled but barely warm. S’mores shake tasted like a plain chocolate shake. I was surprised the triple berry smoothing actually tastes decent. And that’s just the food. The woman working was excessively slow and clearly did not care to be working. The food boats say “happy tastes good”, and it was abundantly clear the worker wasn’t happy. Will not be returning.

Closed before we got there

Always love the strawberry sundaes. Blizzards are good most of the time. Last year we had one that couldn't be turned upside down. This time it turned upside down but for one that is supposed to have strawberry in it, it barely had any. It had the chocolate. But this normally it's really pink from the strawberry in it. This case it was hardly any pink. So most of the time it's great

Ice cream wasn’t bad, but bun on the burger was stale and barely edible

I would wait until their employees are trained to get anything here. Spent half of my only break (i work in the mall) waiting for a blizzard with toppings ONLY on the first inch of the cup. If it was only the long a$$ wait I would not have put a review in because I understand people need to be trained. Maybe if they would have put the new girl on the register/trained her on that first, the girl who’s worked there longer could’ve made the orders faster to clear the line and they would have been done more correctly.

Poor quality. Doesn't taste like DQ.Pepsi was flat.

I had a great experience with John Vance last week he's a great worker fast pace and very patient with the customers and extremely respectful great guy I'd come back any day hopefully he's working even with a mask on you can see the smile on his face amazing work ethic too
