I am still going to do a review onkine about the district manager. I will say that Denise and Ashton, are a phenomenal asset to the Domino's family. They go above and beyond, to make sure the customer is taken care of. The district Manager has no concept of customer service. Thank you Denise and Ashton🥳🥳🥳😁😁😁

This place sucks, every time I place an order they always do it wrong, last time I ordered alone and just some extra sauces but I never got them, they told me to call the store and I did it and the manager said that I would give a discount and the sauces I paid and I never received, today I decided to make another order just because it is Sunday and call to see if I could have those extra sauces that I paid for and I never received the discount and nothing free either, just what I had already paid for and say if I could sure. We will add, when the deliveryman arrives, I only arrive with what I judge, nothing more and nothing less is his manager not available and his workers are incompetent.

The drivers practically teleport, I've been startled a few times because I get distracted after I place my order and I get a knock at my door way faster than I expect. Orders never been wrong.

I got the wrong pizza with meat on it I don’t eat meat & it was like 13 dollars bc it was stuff crust then the store wouldn’t answer.

Spent 45 dollars on three pizzas. Two of the pizzas that were delivered were the wrong kind. Ive tried to get ahold of someone to talk to about fixing it but ive waited as spot #1 multiple times, once for 20 minutes, with no one picking up. Tried again the next day as spot #1 but no one would pick up. Not mad just disappointed.
Update. Drive to the store and they made the situation right with a credit. They were friendly about it and helpful.

What in the f dominos!? Order 2 pizzas. One meatzza and one pepperoni and jalapeño and this is how it arrived. It literally looks like they stopped mid meatzza to hit the j and forgot and just threw it in the oven. No cheese. Stray pepperoni or two. At some point store credit is NOT OK as they'll likely mess that pizza up as well. Management here is terrible.

I got three large (medium deep dish) pizzas, each with 5-7 toppings — for about $32.50. Each one was made very well and delicious. The star of the show was the large NY style with sausage, pepperoni, beef, ham, bacon, and the asiago cheese topping — very good. Anyway, with the coupon I saved about $35 ($9.99 pizza with unlimited toppings). I’m a sauce guy, and Domino’s sauce is excellent. Anyway — great job, W Kimberly Domino’s team.

Never have had an employee call me and be rude to me about a review that I made about them. Jenny or whatever your name is rude asf. I left a one star because it took hella long for my food. When the driver came I felt bad because he said he was the only driver but then for you to call me and be rude about it was uncalled for. As a customer I have the right to be displeased with a service you guys provide.

Ordered delivery, waiting with my door open and driver decides not to hand my food to me but sets it on dirty ground. I was disgusted, said I didn’t want my food on the ground. He just stared at me and I said I wasn’t picking it up off the ground so he hesitated and picked it up and handed it to me then. Dirty!

Received our order and opened the box and were surprised to see the pizza in a pile. Looked like the box had been dropped or something. Kinda frustrating because we order 1 pizza between my boyfriend and I. On one half we get his toppings on the other half my toppings. I can't eat some of the toppings my boyfriend has but when the pizza was in a pile like that toppings are everywhere and it was a mess. I was disappointed as this isn't their standard. I did call and they offered to made a smaller one of my half and deliver it. I do appreciate that. But still concerned at the lack of quality tonight.
