The reason this is low stars is because the staff seem to all be in a bad mood. No one smiled. Plus, I was disappointed in the Packaging. After spending $25, you would think they would give me a box for the filled longjohns. They would only give me a bag and said if I wanted a box, it would be a dollar. By the time I got home, the bag was already stuck to the top of the longjohns and they certainly did not look appealing anymore. I go here to buy my grandkids Donuts. I think I will look for a new place. If the staff can’t greet you with a smile and give you a cardboard box for some of your order, I don’t think it’s worth the money..

This place was my fav growing up. I order from time to time but oftentimes the things I want are sold out. The cherry and blueberry donuts were the best many years ago. Now they taste very, watered down?! They are so bland. The only saving grace are the cherry donut holes. But they are usually sold out. I love supporting local but it’s really hard when quality is declining. I read a review that said the donuts are gummy not crispy or something along those lines. Spot on! I remember the products having a bit of a crisp. Service is hit or miss. One girl is a total sweetheart. The rest are not.

I went in today and ordered a dozen doughnuts, but I asked them to put the 2 cherry doughnuts on a separate bag because my husband is allergic to cherries. I was told there was a $1 box charge because I didn't fill the box. but I got a dozen doughnuts. That's dumb.

Well heck. Disappointed. The chocolate fluff in long John’s is no longer good. Tastes like nothing. Smaller size as well-but that worked since it wasn’t good enough to finish. No cinnamon sugar available at 10 am. Staff all seem very nice but product just doesn’t do it anymore. They say recipes are the same but the ingredients or processes must have changed. 🥺
