It was my first time there getting donuts for a coworker's birthday. I stood in front for at least seven minutes before I yelled hello twice to no answer. I called heard the phone ringing with my phone number and no one answered wasn't until someone came through the drive-through that she noticed, I was there needs to turn the music down or get it louder doorbell

Was asked twice before I got my donuts if I wanted to tip which makes you feel like you need to tip. Also watched her stand there for at least 2 minutes before going to get donuts. Did not deserve the tip I gave, won’t be back.

Donuts were good but this iced coffee was $7? I take forever to finish a coffee and this was gone in like 4 sips. The taste was also chemically sweet/bitter and not in a bitter coffee way. Also why is it normal to ask for a tip before providing service?? I tipped and my drink wasn't even made right because it was supposed to be dairy free and it wasn't.

Can see why they get poor reviews. Ordered two donuts, one was supposed to be vanilla filled. They gave me a stale chocolate filled donut instead. Disappointing!

Staff were slow and unfriendly. Didn't have alot of donuts desired. Against my better judgment I decided to try this place again today. Once again the donuts were horrible. Old and stale. The cashier asked about a tip before we even got the donuts. Then the order itself was wrong. Wow So regret not making the drive to Bettendorf to go to Hurts Donuts. I wont make that mistake again. Hurts will get my business for now on. Here's a tip avoid this place.

We really enjoy the donuts at Donuts and More, however on two separate occasions have gone through the drive thru and no staff. First time was on Father’s Day, got to the store at 5:30am and waited about 10 minutes for someone to flip the drive thru sign from Closed to Open and take my order. Came by today to pick up donuts for my husband’s birthday. Got to the drive thru at 5:35am and waited until 5:55am. No staff ever came. There were multiple cars in the drive thru and one by one, customers left. I waited as long as I could as Donuts and More are his favorite donuts. But after 20 minutes and still needing to get back home before my husband had to leave for work I left Donuts and More empty handed and disappointed.
