I went in today and ordered a dozen doughnuts, but I asked them to put the 2 cherry doughnuts on a separate bag because my husband is allergic to cherries. I was told there was a $1 box charge because I didn't fill the box. but I got a dozen doughnuts. That's dumb.

Well heck. Disappointed. The chocolate fluff in long John’s is no longer good. Tastes like nothing. Smaller size as well-but that worked since it wasn’t good enough to finish. No cinnamon sugar available at 10 am. Staff all seem very nice but product just doesn’t do it anymore. They say recipes are the same but the ingredients or processes must have changed. 🥺

I stood at the counter for several minutes before anyone greeted me. Once employees made it to the front, no spoke or acknowledged my presence. They seemed to look rt past me. Finally, a pleasant person who seemed new helped me. I'm not sure what's going on, but most people appreciate a smile during the start of the day. It doesn't cost a thing to smile and your food isn't free.
Inside isn't open when I go so the atmosphere can't really rate. But man these are the best donuts in Davenport. If you're a fan of cake donuts this is your place. Staff is always great and speedy.

Used to be one of my favorite places. Still is! I just cant get past the older lady with the blonde hair. ( on the shorter side) She alwaysssss is soooo miserable acting and just rude and snarky. As someone who worked in the restaurant industry for a large portion of my life....I just have zero tolerance for it. So after literally 2 decades of this being a favorite spot of mine....I'll have to find another. She ruins it for me. Every. Single. Time.
All of the other girls are GREAT! Sorry to them for having to work with a co worker like that. Ugh. To much.

Who would have a donut shop that you would buy donuts without seeing them. You go early for a selection only to find yo have to go to drive up. Unbelievable

Drive through only when I went , and they only had 2 donut types available but the staff at the window let me order, each time saying " we don't have that one right now " till I got to one they did have . Finally had to ask " well what do you have " response was only 2 kinds of donuts . They tasted ok .
