I just received my regular matcha order from here. Somehow it tastes like cough syrup? Not a great morning

Went in and nobody would speak to us or wait on us.. only worked on drive thru orders. Left us standing there for 10 minutes... we finally walked out. Whatever happened to saying, will be right with you.. they had no intention of taking our order.

This Dunkin’ doesn’t know how to run a business. We are usually always the only car in line when we order and still wait 10+ minutes for two iced coffees. And they somehow always manage to make our orders wrong when we tell them exactly what we want in the coffees. Today we got food as well and they forgot to give it to us so we waited at the drive-thru window for 20 minutes and no one came to give it to us. We then had to walk inside the store to ask for the food we paid for. So we did get our order, but at what cost?

Probably shouldn’t have people who barely speak English work the drive thru. Got my order wrong after repeating myself very clear three times. Frustrating. 👎🏼
I’ve heard nothing but problems with this location. Majority of the time drinks aren’t gonna be full. Too much creamer not enough coffee. No donut/wrong donut. Today this was the donut I received. Sad story. If there’s another location or coffee shop near you… go to it.

I ordered Large matcha and this is what they gave me. Stuffed bagels were cold from inside, almost icy. Drink is missing at least 5 ounces and the 1/3 is foam. The actual drink was only half of it and that includes ice. I wonder how this place is not closed yet

very disappointed because i just moved to Davenport, and i was hoping for a decent dunkin' location near me, but nope, the employees are rude, and they serve bacon that looks undercooked I'll go to the other location from now on

Subject: Ongoing Issues with Incorrect Orders and Unresolved Charges
I placed an order for one meal and a sandwich and only received part of it when I arrived. I had to return to the location to get the rest of my order, only to be told that they don't offer refunds—even though I was charged for items I didn’t order. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced problems at this location. The order accuracy and customer service need serious improvement. It’s frustrating to pay for food I didn’t receive or even request.. I ask for corporate number to file a complaint she claimed she didn't know the number.Thats BS.Will not be returning to that location.

Person at the window handed me the wrong drink. She then started aggressively hurling insults and accusations at me that what she gave me is what I ordered. I know what I really ordered and I don't appreciate the unneeded aggression from the woman at the window. If this is how their employees treat people I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
