Person at the window handed me the wrong drink. She then started aggressively hurling insults and accusations at me that what she gave me is what I ordered. I know what I really ordered and I don't appreciate the unneeded aggression from the woman at the window. If this is how their employees treat people I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I have been sick and wanted something warm to drink, warm fluids feel better on my throat. Being sick, I went to the drive through and I asked ahead of time if they had decafe espresso because sometimes they don't cary is the girl laughs and says they do so I ordered a decafe espresso but all I hot was warm milk and foam. No espresso in it at all, it's white as snow.

they close 2 hours early. went to buy a cookie cold foam and didn’t receive what i wanted and was upcharged. employees weren’t working and watching the others work

Everytime I go after work they close two hours early. They close at 7 so why when I go they are closing at 5? If I happen to make it before 5 they get very mad and rude because they want to close early. I’ve worked in fast food and customer service and this was never ever allowed. Horrible service.

I purchased 2 Vanilla Cream donuts. Sadly they were kind of dry. Both had very little cream inside of them. I ordered from the counter for carry out. If I'd eaten there I would have mentioned my concerns. Although service was quick at 9:30AM, their product was disappointing.

I felt rushed through the drive-thru I pulled up to the drive-thru and they said order whenever you're ready and I said I'm going to need a minute I need to take a look at the menu cuz it's been forever since I've been to a Dunkin donuts I don't know what I want and not even not even a minute later I get another go ahead with your order whenever you're ready why are you rushing me nope I will not be coming back to Dunkin donuts thank you so much

Ordered three drinks an only thing they got right was the lemonade. The two other drinks that were repeated twice where not made right and when I got to cat an realized it I couldn't go back in bc they locked the lobby door at 1:06 pm
