Had the spicy beef ramen with good spicy; delicious with just the right amount of heat. Spicy tuna roll was great, rice was perfectly sticky and the filling was fresh and flavorful. Crab Rangoon were crispy and crunchy with the filling nice and creamy.

We came here as a second option and it should've been our first. They've converted a house into a restaurant. I appreciate the wheelchair accessible walk up to the house. We came in around 7:30 and there was seating available. They had so many options and everything was delicious. If you have family in town this is the place to take them. The service was quick and if you have any questions they helped point you in the right direction.

Eddy's is amazing! It's the QC's best kept secret. The secret is getting out, so an expansion may be necessary :) The owners are so sweet, and they make sure all of their patrons are taken care of. They have the best service! Eddy's is always bustling with customers, and the staff keep up so well with everything. You never feel like you have to wait. The food is craveable level delicious! Hands down the best ramen I've had.
