Great place to relax or party. The owner always introduces himself asking how are you doing. I have never come across bartenders as cool as the ones at eleven 17.

Cozy little dive. Was busy when i went but bartender went out of her way to take care of everyone efficiently. Drinks were poured right and locals were friendly
Pretty lackluster. Bar tenders weren't attentive and fairly rude. If you're not a regular on first name basis with the staff, don't waste your time.

was great! the handful of other times i went... until they told me no because my license is the vertical kind, instead of doing something with a scanner etc. The same guy who served me every other time is the one who said no. I came pretty often until this. Will not be coming anymore or recomend to anyone anymore /:
