Love Freddy's! They've found multiple ways to elevate the standard fast food chain. Make sure to buy a bottle of seasoning for use at home too! Seasoning works great for making burgers, fries, grilled potatoes, etc. at home too!

Ordered a Turtle Sundae Concrete thru the drive thru(only caramel no chocolate). Took forever for it to be made. Brought to window and it was a Sundae and not a Concrete. Husband said he would still eat it. Once eating it, it was nothing but salt. The nuts, the ice cream and the caramel all salty. It was so gross, had to throw it away, couldnt even eat it. Very dissappointing

They definitely had some good food. I got the bacon double cheeseburger meal for about $12 dollars. Drive thru was pretty efficient, and we didn't have to wait long at all.

Our drive thru order was incorrect, and when I went inside to politely request what we had ordered, the young woman who helped me (Ella? Anna? Unfortunately I cannot recall her name) corrected the mistake, apologized for the error, and kindly upsized the French fries on her own as a kind gesture. I sincerely thanked her and left a happy customer.

I worked fast food before, and I understand sometimes mistakes happen. The best example of customer service is how they handle mistakes, and this young lady was fantastic.

Forgot my lettuce on my sandwich but burger was still fire. Should also put regular onion rings in their own bag instead of putting it in the large bag to where it barely looks full. I got about 6 onion rings…
