Been here acouple of times and all was good,this time recieved my burger with burnt black pieces and chunks from the grill,totally nasty. Clean the grill ,recieved Luke warm fries as well. When they called my number to get food,asked for ketchup and some mustard packets,she just threw them on the tray with an attitude. Probably won't be back here for some time!

thank you so very much freddy’s for neglecting to tell me you were out of vanilla custard until AFTER i paid. went to get 3 milkshakes for my associates, cookies and cream and pumpkin pie which all require vanilla ice cream. when they asked if i wanted chocolate i said they weren’t for me, so they spent legitimately 15 minutes trying to “scrape out frozen custard” for these shakes. at this point i was infuriated. i was supposed to be at work and there were 5 cars behind me. i told them to just do chocolate and they came out quick, but obviously weren’t what i paid for. my plan was to get angry on the receipt survey but i didn’t get one of those either.

The fries were decent. I ordered 3 veggie patty meals and substituted one of the fries for onion rings. The burgers were overpriced for the quality and taste of them. It'd be nice to have the actual vegan patties instead of the veggie ones. The taste was bothersome after consuming it. This was my first time trying Freddy's, and I feel like I wasted my $33. Hopefully, they'll have vegan burgers in the future, and I'll try them again then.

Freddy's is a Culver's with steak 'n' shake fries. The mustard twist, seasoning, and Freddy's Fries Sauce make it a good choice for a quick burger.

Grabbed a quick burger and ice cream treat, and the manager took out order. He was on point with suggestions and helped us decide our order. the nicest guy ever, top notch customer service, as well as table side service. Each employee went above and beyond, and we had a great trip.

Went through the drive thru the lady over the speaker was so nice and had a calm voice they was also fast in getting my food. I normally pull off and check it because I request a lot of my burgers plain and one with everything and they made them perfect I will definitely be back!

My husband and I recently visited Freddy's and had a fantastic experience! The food was delicious, with their signature steakburgers cooked perfectly—juicy and full of flavor.  The atmosphere was welcoming and fun, making it a great place to relax and enjoy some comfort food. The staff was friendly and attentive to gluten-free, adding to the overall great experience. They even served my gluten-free lettuce wrap on a different tray. Whether you're grabbing a quick bite or sitting down for a meal, Freddy's delivers! Definitely recommend it for anyone looking for tasty food and a laid-back vibe.

For those of you who are also extremely gluten intolerant, the fries do not have a dedicated fryer!! ?
