Ganzo's Mexican Restaurant and Cantina

We had Ganzo’s cater our monthly employee lunch. We are pretty close in location! The food arrived hot and ready to eat. We really enjoyed all the taco options. Burritos too! Thank you!

First time eating here, recommended by my family that owns it.

Food was terrible! All the dishes were dry and had no flavor. I took one bite of my taco and had to come home immediately to throw it up.

We are regular customers here and rarely dissatisfied. We ordered out and they forgot a couple of items. No biggie, I called and they made it right! Thank you Gonzos for being a stand up restaurant.

Always fantastic food! Josh waited on us last time, he was great! I met the current owner, he's 3rd or 4th generation, very nice guy! Lots of food, great margaritas too!!! Highly recommend a try!!

Typically we love Ganzo's food. We do mostly take out (because I am disabled and don't go out much) and my husband usually picks it up on his way home from work. My biggest issue with Ganzo's is their horrible customer service. In the last year their service has gone downhill, but I haven't said much. Tonight however, I called in my order, and my husband went to pick it up, and couldn't park in the parking lot because it was blocked off. He didn't know where to park so I called Ganzo's back and asked where he should park, and they said on Marquette or across the street, preferably across the street. So I called my husband back and told him, and he said there were NO PARKING SIGNS EVERYWHERE. He said the only place to park is the post office. So he told me to cancel our order because he wasn't going to risk a ticket or a tow, nor was he going to park at the post office and walk, after he just got off working all day. He just wanted to get our dinner and come home. So I called Ganzo's back and said we were going to have to cancel our order, and as I was explaining why, when I said my husband didn't want to park at the post office, she HUNG UP ON ME! Nobody warned us about this prior to our order, and I didn't realize they would be getting ready for cinco de mayo. I don't celebrate that so why would I? They were so rude, and this isn't the first horrible over the phone encounter I've had with them. Not to mention the many times our orders were wrong. Will not be back to this place. There are many other places we can get tacos. This place happened to be conveniently on my husband's way home, but will now go out of his way for better customer service.

Great Mexican food for a great price.

My husband and I love Ganzo's, but in the last year, their customer service has very much declined. I have ignored it and let it go many times, but tonight was ridiculous. I called in an order for pick up, and when my husband got there to pick it up, there was nowhere for him to park because they blocked off the parking lot to get ready for Cinco de Mayo. Everywhere he went to park had signs up NO PARKING. I called Ganzo's and asked where he should park and they said across the street or on Marquette. So I called him back to tell him that, and he said the only place to park was the post office, everywhere else said no parking. He told me to cancel our order, because he wasn't risking a ticket or car tow for food, and he wasn't parking at the post office, he just got done working his butt off all day. So I call Ganzo's and canceled my order, and was trying to explain why, and she HUNG UP ON ME! HOW RUDE! I would bet money our order wasn't done anyway. They never have it ready and he ALWAYS waits 10-15 minutes every time we have a pick up order. Done with this place!! EDIT to add, nobody let us know at ordering that we would have this issue. I don't (never have) celebrate Cinco de mayo, so I didn't even think about it...

Our family has been coming here for over 30 years. We always loved the food and service. Today I felt taken advantage of. Three of us asked for a few slices of avocado on the side and we were charged $10.50!!! Avocados cost less than a dollar and I can guarantee with the small servings we were given it totaled no more than 1 avocado altogether. I didn't think it was right to treat your customers this way.

The food was yummy, the waitress was helpful and friendly and the food came out in a timely manner. We will be back!

It was different. I've never had a chimichanga like the one they make. The food is not my taste. The waitress was friendly and attentive, and really jumped into action when there was an issue
