I will never eat here again. Not only was the lady rude but she made me feel like it was my fault THEY messed up my order. I used door dash and when I received my order it was wrong and I was missing an item. So I called and they said they would correct it, to give them 20 mins. When I get there the first lady had no idea what I was talking about. Then a second lady came out and literally told me she wasn't gonna replace my food. Then proceeded to look at the ticket. I had the order pulled up on my phone as well. After going back and forth with this lady she finally took the food I brought back (which is something they shouldn't do) and remade my salad and my my missing food. But wouldn't remake my boyfriend's wrap because he ate of it. The lady was seriously rude and has no idea how to take care of customers. And I'm a general manager so I know. So it was over $50 I spent there. NEVER AGAIN. If you want to be treated like a customer and not a problem (when it was clearly their mess up) then don't go to Grubeez!

called to place an order for pickup and the lady said hold on and never got back otp so rude! and last time my bf and i went we decided to dine in, i ask for tarter sauce to go with my food and the server said “girl no” but then said ill get it for you but complaining telling me its really busy it made uncomfortable and just didnt have a good experience

Food was horrible!!....I ordered the six piece breaded wings..my husband got the cheese burger meal...and OMG...the food was disgusting!!..no seasoning...at all...the mac and cheese ..was the worst I have ever had..watered down..no cheese..no salt....just...over loaded with pepper..yuck!!....Fries were soggy as heck...and nasty!!..First time trying this place..and trust me.. will be the last time!!

I recommend them to everyone I know for an amazing burger at a very reasonable price. The staff are amazing! I personally eat lunch here at least twice at week. If you haven't tried them yet- do it!Kid-friendliness: Most kids meals are less than $5 and come with a side and a drink. Can't beat that!

Taco Tuesday at Grubeez is ALWAYS the place to be! FOUR of us spent less than thirty dollars and had to take food to go because there was just so much! Last week FOUR of us went to eat at Micky D's and it cost us over forty dollars, It's not the McDonald's we grew up with anymore.Grubeez also has a wonderful outdoor dining area that we always enjoy when we chose to dine there. Like Grubeez says, "If you like our food send your friends, if you don't, send your enemies!".
