Gypsy highway never fails to deliver delicious food. The staff is always friendly and the atmosphere welcoming. The one issue that I have is that for entrees in the 15 to $20 price range portion sizes are small. For that price you should get a portion size big enough to feed a grown man and take some home. That is my only gripe however.

Needs to have better lighting. Could hardly read the menu.

You’ve really gotta hit Gypsy at least once every time you’re in the Quad Cities. I mean, where else are you getting a legitimately great hamburger and amazing Thai food under the same roof? Nowhere I’ve been, that’s for sure. In fact I have never experienced a bar / restaurant quite like this. My experience there has just been… different. The name really fits—gypsies were travelers, learners, storytellers—and this place has that same vibe, like a bunch of interesting characters drifting together into one warm, lively little scene. It's open enough to where you can have these conversations with people. I’ve sat in this bar a dozen times, which is wild for me. I don’t usually stick around anywhere that often. But this place feels comfortable in the way most bars don’t. It feels safe. The crowd’s chill, the energy’s easy, the staff feels like a little family, the music always matches the mood, and the toys on the wall are basically a shrine to rock’s greatest eras. And the staff? Super approachable. They actually talk to people—real conversations, not the standard “How’s everything?” fly-bys. They’re a genuine part of the whole experience. You’ll even catch the owners hanging out with everyone like we’re all in some cool, low-key clubhouse we stumbled into together. If you come to the Quad Cities and skip Gypsy’s live music night or open mic night… honestly, I’m not convinced you’ve actually experienced the Quad Cities at all.

There is much more to Gypsy Highway then just a bar. The food is very good. While a number of dishes say spicy, they can alter their recipes to make the food as spicy or not as you wish. Great menu with lots of options. Burgers, pasta, Thai dishes. Their shrimp in a blanket is amazing. Add to that the fact that they have live bands on the weekends.

We had our staff holiday party here and everything was amazing! From first contact the whole team did a perfect job at answering any questions we had to making sure we were comfortable/well fed day of. I will definitely be coming back many times for the food, live music and overall atmosphere!

What a great place! At first glace it gives off a biker dive bar feel but it is truly eclectic. The food was delicious and live music creates a fun, almost carnival like atmosphere. Best of all, our waiter Travis (disappontingly sans skates) made the visit well worth stopping in. Thanks for a great evening!

The food is always on point and the service has always been great. I love all the food there and the staff are all so great. My favorite dish is the Crying Tiger.
I recommend you go out and let all the fine people working there treat you to great service and a great meal. It’s one of my most favorite spots in all my international travels.

Phenomenal food, service, and awesome live music almost every night. Gabbie is one hell of a bartender. The gal must be psychic because she's usually got another beer ready for me before I even ask! Now thats service!!!

If I could give it less than one stars I would. Gabbie Was extremely rude.

Not on one occasion, but numerous occasions.

So rude we had to leave and we do not go here anymore. Go to firehouse instead! Staff is great at firehouse!

Food was decent. However bartender Gabbie was terrible. After just ignoring us for an hour she was forced to help us and made it known she didn't care for our business. I pray no one gets her while there. She will leave a terrible taste in your mouth. It's upsetting because it's a great establishment with great food. However having gabbie made me want to never come back. Please consider removing her from staff.
