Apparently when ordering CHEESEburgers with only ketchup you need to remind this place to ACTUALLY PUT CHEESE ON IT. They had the audacity to suggest that I needed to ask for CHEESE on a CHEESEburger..... its in the name, if I did not want cheese than is called an HAMBURGER and there is no need to try and argue with the customer because you dont understand a CHEESEburger comes with CHEESE

I really like Hardee's, but this location is challenging to get into, and the lobby is not always clean. I prefer other QC stores.

Do you only have 2 people working here? I did a mobile order. Had to wait 15 minutes behind 3 cars because the lady running the drive thru was doing everything. Poor service and it's not on her. Staff more employees and you might receive better reviews.
