I had the most disrespectful waitress who didn’t even attend my table. My waitress with black hair and glasses, was talking with another table the whole time I spent there and it took nearly two hours even though we were one of maybe five customers. The bartender ended up being us our food and drinks. Very disappointed with our waitress.

Haven’t been to this Hooters since 2018 and today reminded me why I haven’t been back. Sat at the bar and order a drink which was above the bartenders knowledge, but at least it had a straw. When I got another drink, it was brought to me without a straw. Then when my food arrived, it came without silverware and I don’t care what you order, wherever you go, they always give you a silverware. Taste wise the food was fine, but the service and attentiveness was awful. Management I’m talking to you; you need to train your people better. Also, your waitresses are apparently allowed to walk around, looking at their phones more than they are looking around at the customers and seeing if they need help. That is another management problem, allowing this to take place. No wonder you guys are going to bankrupt.

Our waitress was in full black outfit like she was going to a hooters funeral and her attitude matched. The only time she was chipper was after handing us the bill. Other staff had zero interaction with us

Hadn't been back in a long time. Food is average, surroundings need updated/remodeled. Waitresses seemed more concerned with sitting with lonely, old male customers, attempting to get larger tips. Odd strip club vibe...
Kid-friendliness: They have games, tvs, etc...obviously, if you don't want your child to see half naked waitresses, then not kid friendly.

That ginger girl Zoe was really rude, the food was good but that girl is nasty, she was just very snappy and wasnt nice, seemed like she was rushing us. mind you it wasnt even busy she was just rushing us. Been coming here for awhile and the girls are usually nice but this one wasnt.
The store and atmosphere is great but we had an absolute horrible server. First, we waited 15 minutes before even being asked about drinks, then she kept disappearing and we had to keep asking other servers to get stuff for us. They were not busy at all either.
