Haven’t been to this Hooters since 2018 and today reminded me why I haven’t been back. Sat at the bar and order a drink which was above the bartenders knowledge, but at least it had a straw. When I got another drink, it was brought to me without a straw. Then when my food arrived, it came without silverware and I don’t care what you order, wherever you go, they always give you a silverware. Taste wise the food was fine, but the service and attentiveness was awful. Management I’m talking to you; you need to train your people better. Also, your waitresses are apparently allowed to walk around, looking at their phones more than they are looking around at the customers and seeing if they need help. That is another management problem, allowing this to take place. No wonder you guys are going to bankrupt.

Went here on Sunday before memorial Day for lunch and service was horrible. We were seated after 10 minutes of waiting no waters no nothing We got up and left. I highly recommend people go other places.

My first time going to Hoosters was the worst experience I’ve ever had at at restaurant. We went there at 4pm there wasn’t many people there. I was thinking yes our food will come out faster. Wrong! We waited over an hour for our food! Then asked what was going on and if we could talk to management. Ten minutes go by and still no food or management came out. So we decided to leave and saw the manager finally come out as we were putting our coats on. She saw we we’re leaving so she just went back to her office. I would understand if they were short staffed but there were 4 other tables that arrived after us and received there food right away. This is unacceptable. It was my son’s birthday.
