Ordered $50 worth of food. No sandwiches were correct. The writing on each sandwich was correct but whoever made the sandwiches decided to just put on whatever they want. What a joke.

Went here for dinner asked for a baked potato with butter and bacon. Got charged $6.50 (potatoes with cheddar cheese and bacon) got my food and no butter when asked for butter they gave me maybe a tablespoons worth little bit more. Manger seen my facial expression and tried to make it right and got me more and I couldn’t even tell a difference. I just told him to don’t worry about it since it wasn’t gonna matter as he then tries to explain to me I ordered it wrong . Mind you it was 6:40pm and sign says open till 8 and one of the staff members was yelling at him it was almost 7 and time to close. Would not recommend this location.

I've came here maybe once or twice, and they haven't ever been busy. I don't have any complaints towards the service or the staff. But the sandwiches is another story. The first time I had it from this location I didn't really care for it but that was a few years ago so I decided to try it again. I ordered what I normally would get from a place like Jimmy John's and this sandwich was terrible, it was a bread sandwich. I got a #3 regular with mayo, lettuce, onion and pickles. And it was basically a lettuce sandwich with no meat or cheese just one slice of each. Pretty disappointing.

I love Tuesday's for Taco Tatos! They hit just the right spot. The service is usually fast and friendly. Their loyalty programs are pretty good too. I like the clean restaurant and friendly people. All around good place.

If you're thinking of going here, DONT! They have significantly gotten worse over the last 2.5 years. I don't mean hungry hobo i mean the one on 53rd specifically. When they mess up they act offended you said something. A bunch of kids with attitudes. Erynn is nice and i feel sorry for her. I witnessed a staff member bark orders then walk off as the other staff member was confused as to what he was supposed to do. They need to just start completely over
The manager Kari excels in customer service. Definitely an asset to the company

The company I work at orders lunch from a different place every Saturday and one of our favorites has been Hungry Hobo. Well the last two times we've ordered from the 53rd Store we've had at least one item missing from our order and had to drive all the way back. When I asked about some sort of compensation for the repeated inconvenience like a few cookies, the Owner, Kris, had just walked in so he took control of the conversation and told me very shortly "No. We don't do that here," and was generally very rude. We will not be ordering from this location in the future.

Service was horrible today. Ordered a king 11 hot. It was delivered to the wrong table. Did not find out about it until they complained. Our sandwich was remade 3 times and still was not right. Asked to be refunded so we could leave and find somewhere where the services was better. Absolute worst experience dinning anywhere EVER.

Horrible experience. Waited over 15 minutes while everyone else who came in after us got their orders. We were asked twice what we even ordered. The employees were all confused, rude to eachother and had attitudes. A customer brought their order up to be corrected. After finally receiving our food after the long wait it was still incorrect. I will never return to this location. Other Hungry Hobo restaurants in the QC are so much better.
