Indian Ridge is phenomenally located near stores, restaurants and parks. It has great green spaces, responsive management and spacious apartments. 10/10

Keyshawn from the front office was ALWAYS amazing. She brightened every day she was there. She was always kind and courteous. She would always go above and beyond when it was possible. She was professional at all times. It was always a pleasure to interact with her.

I lived here for about a year now, I didn't have any issues with the staff. They are courteous and pleasant. But about three weeks ago I reported that the washer on my floor not working. So far it's still not working.
Lived here for 18 months. I had no issues with the staff, if a work order was submitted it was usually addressed and fixed by the following workday. Had 1 issue with the master bath shower that took multiple requests and I was only somewhat happy with the fix and decided to just use main bathroom for showers. The shower pan kept peeling. I would have stayed longer but needed a larger place. The apartments are older so expect lots of exsisting repairs to the walls, doors and even ceilings. Living on the top floor, mot sure if you hear people walking around above you, but honestly, the only time I heard neighbors was if they had company.I would recommend and if ever needed another apartment I would consider them again.
Barker Management does a good job of maintaining the properties and staying on top of concerns. I always felt safe and comfortable at Indian Ridge.
