I lived here for about a year now, I didn't have any issues with the staff. They are courteous and pleasant. But about three weeks ago I reported that the washer on my floor not working. So far it's still not working.

Lived here for 18 months. I had no issues with the staff, if a work order was submitted it was usually addressed and fixed by the following workday. Had 1 issue with the master bath shower that took multiple requests and I was only somewhat happy with the fix and decided to just use main bathroom for showers. The shower pan kept peeling. I would have stayed longer but needed a larger place. The apartments are older so expect lots of exsisting repairs to the walls, doors and even ceilings. Living on the top floor, mot sure if you hear people walking around above you, but honestly, the only time I heard neighbors was if they had company.I would recommend and if ever needed another apartment I would consider them again.

We felt so welcome today with our tour. The nice lady in the office squeezed us in last minute to walk the grounds and tour a two bedroom apartment. Everything was beyond our expectations. Everything well kept and beautiful. This apartment is at the top of our list.

I wish i could say you get what you pay for, but you don't get your money's worth. That's for sure. If you can afford a little bit more, go for that. Seriously, pay an extra $200 for a halfway decent place. Kimberly Club are about the same. Once my prison term here is up, I'm out of here as fast as I can.Garage is $70 a month for a manually open, barely standing garage. Literally one wall looks like its falling over. Oh, and no power.

I had a good experience renting from Indian Ridge, maintenance was kept up, and if I needed anything they were very prompt. I would recommend renting from them if you are in need of an apartment.

This apartment complex has shown they discriminate against active duty military and their families. Military personnel do not want nor need special consessions but do expect to be treated the same as others and not be denied based on current work status.

Hidden fees, kicking majority of tenants out due to them raising rent prices that were already amongst the highest in the area, finding any reason to kick people out in order to make room for people willing to pay higher prices. Absolutely no parking after 5PM, they put garages in half the parking spaces so you can pay to park. Garages are manually operated you have to get out of your car and use a key on a busted old garage. Doorknobs to the apartment are broken, good luck getting into your home during the winter. Management is unbearable, constant maintenance issues etc. The entire management office staff completely changes every 2 months. also, MOLD. I have to bleach my bathroom every other week due to reoccurring mold. If I leave a jacket on the carpet for longer than an hour, it smells like mold. If I leave my clothes in my closet, it smells like mold. My bedroom door was shut for one day and when I opened the door it REEKED of mold. I can even see it. There is a constant lingering scent of mold.

These apartments are not terrible. They are located in a decent area close to everything and they keep a decent job cleaning the complex outside and inside. BUT the only downside to these apartments in my opinion are the maintenance, they are short staffed but some things they would poorly accomplish. Something so simple as caulking a tub. AND THE NUMBER ONE ISSUE, the walls…. They are very very thin. You hear everything that goes on in those apartments and outside aswell. The walls were the number one reason why i decided to break my lease and pay an additional $1,700. But at the end of the day, not terrible. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
