I order a sandwich online and when I received it was wrong. They told me they were going to credit me but I didn’t use an app. I’ve been emailing back and forth with the franchise and they are telling me that the stores our individual owned and the manager/owner would get in touch with me and has not. This has almost taking 2 weeks to get resolved

Best subs around the QuadCities.

My first time to Jersey Mike's ever, went to the one on E. Kimberly Rd in Davenport...The staff was so nice all of them from start to finish and the sandwich was amazing! Ty for the great service and food!

Excellent sandwiches!

I just left from ordering a Giant Philly Cheese steak, they like you to pay first while they wrap up your food but too many times I've done that and they have forgot to put something on my order. So she says you can pay her I told her I wanted to wait for my food, she tells the other girl who then tells the cook who looks back at me like it was a problem. After seeing their behavior I decided they can keep the whole sandwich and I left. This was my last time eating here and I've been going here for months. Thanks because you showed me who you little losers truly are.

This the first time I had a dry stiff sandwich and the service wasn’t that great at checkout. More time on the oil and more education on checkout. What happened? I hate to give a bad review Jersey mikes is one of my two and only places to eat hate to find somewhere else or have to travel to a different location. Smh I’m hungry not trying to choke on my food.

Love the food! Beats the rest of the other sandwich shops in my opinion. My favorite is the chipotle steak sandwich!

Seriously this place has gone down hill.

We got handed meat and cheese on a bowl order. No lettuce. No sauce. Just "here you go" with no reasoning. Portions have gone down hill to. A double meat order is a single meat order from six months ago.

We had to get up and ask for sauce and lettuce to finish or meal after ordering.

Also the fat guy upfront is rude as hell
