One star for food because i didn’t get it. One star for service because it was marked delivered. One star for atmosphere because they were very annoyed when thirty minutes into the advertised “5 minutes delivery time” i called to ask about my food. I get charged ridiculous delivery fees and pay even more for the tip and get treated like a nuisance when i want my food that i payed for, in this economy. The first time i called they told me they couldn’t do anything yet, i had to call back again in a bit.

This location has really gone downhill over the past couple years. It used to be the gold standard. Always quick and efficient service with a solid sandwich. Our second experience in the past month has been poor. Even with using the app to ensure correct toppings, they managed to mess up 3 out of 4 sandwiches, badly. I'm only giving two stars because the cookies were delicious which of course if the one item that required no additional service to be accurate. Bummer.

We got lunch today. Ordered the tuna. No onions add jalepenos. Came full of onion and no jalapeños. Double checked. Nope. That is exactly what I ordered. So just had lots of onion. And even with the cucumber and tomato was flavorless.. except for the enormous amount of onion. No thanks

Nothing freaky fast about this location. They understaff and allow drivers to leave the store with FIVE orders to deliver. So, you wait 45 minutes for an average sandwich. Call to “manager” yields nothing but excuses.

I came here for lunch while on a work trip. The service was fast as expected from Jimmy John’s. It was also very clean and the staff were very friendly. You could tell they knew some of the regulars. Overall, no complaints from me.

The Kickin' Cajun Chicken is on point. Spicy but not overwhelming, fresh and crisp. Creamy Potato Salad tastes like a summer picnic.The ordering app is easy and navigable. The in-store staff are always friendly and efficient.Yes, it's a fast food sandwich but the quality and price make this a big step up from that underground train!

Great customer service. I had a large bill...no bills over $20 accepted. Mgr came out and apologized. They stuck to their rules. I have worked retail before so I appreciate rule followers. I charged my sandwich. It was a Valentine surprise for hubby. Mgr put in a cookie. How nice! I will visit again soon. Maggie Baker

Their slogan is freaky fast yet deliveries are anything but. Every delivery I've had from this location takes 20-30 minutes longer than a Papa Johns pizza delivery from a location further in distance. With that said, there were also more pizzas than there were jimmy Johns sandwiches. If you want Jimmy Johns delivery, do it long before you're hungry... then spend time with your family, read and finish a book, watch a movie, solve world peace, then enjoy that sandwich you forgot you ordered long ago.
