It was 30 minutes before close, and they still treated me well, and my food was amazing! Sometimes people are rude that close to closing. I felt bad because I work in the industry and I get it. However, I had just gotten off work and was starving. So I tipped a couple of bucks. Thanks for the great attitude.

Deliveries are inexcusably slow for a business that claims āfreaky fastā delivery. Do not order here if youād like your food within an hour. They need to fire everyone and start over. It used to be decent but apparently under new management or something.

Called in ordered for 2 sandwiches for the wife and myself. Arrived with very very little meat. Called Jimmy John's on W. Locusts Street and asked to speak with the manager. Manager was to busy at the time and asked me to call back.
Our office orders from this location often but weāve stopped because deliveries consistently take 45-60 minutes to get here. The order I placed today still hasnāt been delivered and I placed it an hour ago. Very frustrating when folks have a limited amount of time they can take breaks in the afternoon.

One star for food because i didnāt get it. One star for service because it was marked delivered. One star for atmosphere because they were very annoyed when thirty minutes into the advertised ā5 minutes delivery timeā i called to ask about my food. I get charged ridiculous delivery fees and pay even more for the tip and get treated like a nuisance when i want my food that i payed for, in this economy. The first time i called they told me they couldnāt do anything yet, i had to call back again in a bit.
