Went in and booked a party was told one price. Made sure to have the employee specify that the price stated was the price I would be paying. Have a receipt and it’s in their binder. We go in for the party and come time to pay the final bill it’s 200$ more than what we were told originally. They owned up to the employees mistake but refused to make things right. Ended up telling us we had to pay the extra money or the police would be called and we would be arrested. Highly recommend against going there unless you want to be overcharged and threatened with being arrested. We will not be back

We had an absolutely terrible experience tonight for my nephews 2nd birthday party. Parents were charged over 200$ more than what was quoted for the party, yes that included gratuity for service that left much to be desired. No manager was around and who ever was finally able to be contacted to rectify the issue completely acknowledged the fault fell on the employee who incorrectly quoted the party price, then refused to take any fix the price and threatened to call police if the larger amount was not paid. As I can see know by reading the reviews on this establishment, this isn’t anything new for them. If you’d like to be ripped off, have a bad service and be threatened with police because of poor management and employee training. This is just the place to receive it! Otherwise save your hard earned money and go else where
Got turned away from having lunch here because the lady said they “don’t accept Apple Pay” even though they have numerous signs posted all over expressing that they do accept…..

Just had lunch at Happy Joe’s on 50th St. Lunch buffet was really good and guy that waited on us was very friendly. We will be back.

The new system in the arcade area was horrible. One of the games took abunch of money off my card when it was only suppose to take $1. When speaking to the manager, she said the system just crashed and nothing could be done. I waited for awhile and when the system still didn’t come back up for a half an hour, I said it’s fine, let’s just turn in our tickets and pick out a prize. She said no. We can’t do that with the system down because it’ll just look like someone stole. That we’re gonna need to come back a different day to pick out a prize. We don’t live anywhere close to here and I was super annoyed. She didn’t seem apologetic, she didn’t apologize once. She just said “yeah. Gotta love technology” I understand it wasn’t her doing. But this was ridiculous. I don’t think I’ll be back.

Food taste great, but pricey. Also, if you do pick up / drive thru, expect to wait forever. They seem to forget there is a pickup window, or maybe design the layout better.

We came in 45 minutes before close and the staff was very friendly. To try and make things easier for them to close we had them put our food in to go boxes and used to go cups. The food was really good and the place was very clean. Great service even though we may have disrupted their closing plans.

$6 admission fee for my 4 year old and more than half the games were broken the ones that worked it was a hit or miss if they dispensed any tickets will probably be looking for another arcade to start taking my son we left after 15 minutes when he played the only games that worked that he was interested in the pictures here are not even half of the ones that were not working
