We went through around 9pm after work google maps says they don't close till 10:30pm they told us we are closed what a waste of time i mean if your gonna close at least change your hours online

We had a long night and decided to put an order in 2 hours before closing. After being told it was ready my fiance drove out in the snow to pick up food they said they couldn’t make. Instead of refunding the order they gave us a number and told us to deal with it. I’ve learned this is KFC policy but it is ridiculous. YOU refused to make the food 2 hours on the clock and now I have to fight to get my money back? Never going to any KFC again, beware if they’re too lazy to make it, they’re gonna send YOU on a run around to get your money back, for food they didn’t make!

Would have order 16 pieces chicken bucket with two sides and biscuits bur employee did not even acknowledge us, we even drove up to window beeped horn. Employee was more into his phone then customer service, with this i only see lost profits maybe close like the rock island one did. Need better attention to details employees. You can see in you camaras this interaction. Around 910 pm.

Only thing good was the biscuit, which I ate that's why it's not pictured. Old, dry,and little pieces. Who would think it's OK to hand this out for someone's dinner. Corporate notified , and i'm getting a free meal. Do better Davenport IA.

I was having a horrible day and having a customer service issue at the window and Yneeka came over to assist. 1o/1o because I rarely visit this location and now I'm going to be a loyal customer due to the top tier customer service experience. She is definitely an asset to the company.

I'll stop by KFC to get a potato bowl fill up meal for $7. I'll start by saying, the young man at the window was not friendly at all. Seemed like he absolutely did not want to be there. Secondly, I received my food without my drink. Ended up with four tiny pieces of chicken nugget because I asked for them to be put in a separate container because I don't like them sitting on top of my mashed potatoes. The chicken was not even warm let alone the fact that there were four tiny pieces. Then I received two which is not even the full order of four, cherry pie poppers that I didn't order. That might have been a small bonus if they were even room temperature warm. They are as cold and as hard as they can be. I tried to call the store to let them know about my meal and nobody answered. I called four separate times, not back to back. Had to leave a voicemail. Then I decided to call corporate because I don't have a car to go back to the store to show them how they messed my mail up. Spoke to corporate and they advised me that they would file the report and issue me a $5 credit 😳 MY MEAL WAS MORE THAN $5 AND SINCE THE WHOLE MEAL IS TERRIBLE THEY SHOULD HAVE REFUNDED ME MY ENTIRE ORDER PRICE. I had stopped going to KFC because of poor service and under quality food. I decided to give them another chance but now I regret that as well. I probably will never ever ever go back to KFC!

This place sucks. If you want a KFC that stays open and won’t tell you it takes 30 minutes to make your food so you leave go to the one on Kimberley down the road. It’s worth the 6 minute drive. Seriously should just shut this one down.
