They like to lock the lobby up early. 7:20 pm and it was locked up. Food was okay except they forgot the sauce I ordered on the mobile app and the cake was literally frozen solid. Staff was not what I would call attentive. There were at least 3 staff there but I guess the drive through is the only option. Not a great experience.

We ordered our food, as we were sitting we discussed how the employees wouldn't like it if we were managers because they were just standing around talking and the lobby was dirty, tables and seats needed cleaned. Immediately a elderly customer came in and was told that they had to use the kiosk because they were too busy to wait on them! After he told the manager that he didn't know how she said that was the only way, 3 more customers came in at that time 2 elderly and a younger person all together the elderly man was a veteran! They were also told to use the kiosk to which he replied he didn't know how and was told that was the only way so they all left! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR FOR STAFF!! We will never go back and advise everyone to stay away from there especially if you're elderly or a Veteran!!
I’ve never reviewed a drive thru before but this was such a rude experience. Food was good but the staff was just unprofessional and rude across the board. Won’t return due to rude staff.

Food is still okay, the store has barley any help and I waited for awhile to be greated and I was the only person.
The only thing I would change at Kentucky Fried Chicken would be the size of their biscuits they need to be a 4-inch biscuit

if i could give 0 stars i would, the manager racially profiled us, called the police because they messed up our food. overall it was very unprofessional and im very dissatisfied. if you can eat anywhere else i recommend that.
It said the inside closes at 9pm on a Saturday. It was 8:13pm with the lights on and doors closed. Went through the drive through but no one answered. There was 3 cars but I don't know what they were doing.

Don’t care for any other chicken but legs and they wouldn’t let me get more than one leg per meal which is ridiculous and the first time I’ve ever had this happen. Would recommend else where if you want what you actually want to eat.

They always get my order wrong. I ordered 2 mac and cheese and no potatoes and gravy. My receipt was right they just gave me potatoes and gravy.
