Went there at 845 they close at 10 wanted to get chicken nuggets they refused to make them that was orders from the manager first they said take 10 minutes witch I was fine with that then pull up to window they asked me what I order was im like I told u already I was the only person there no one inside so I told him again 12 peace chicken nuggets with slaw and coke and large mashed potatoes then I can hear the manager yell im not cooling them they just need to shut that location down or get better management il never go back to that location ever again

The new honey barbecue strips are disgusting they taste nothing like honey barbecue and the Cole slaw was very dry and nasty! 🤮 I won’t purchase food from here ever again!

Went there to pick up dinner around 430ish 3Aug25. It was my first vist to KFC on elmore. The gentlemen working the drive thru was super nice and hospitable. And i want to say thank you to the whole staff on shift because the food was on point. Whoever made that coleslaw did they thang. The biscuits were so soft. Will return. Thank you.

They like to lock the lobby up early. 7:20 pm and it was locked up. Food was okay except they forgot the sauce I ordered on the mobile app and the cake was literally frozen solid. Staff was not what I would call attentive. There were at least 3 staff there but I guess the drive through is the only option. Not a great experience.

We ordered our food, as we were sitting we discussed how the employees wouldn't like it if we were managers because they were just standing around talking and the lobby was dirty, tables and seats needed cleaned. Immediately a elderly customer came in and was told that they had to use the kiosk because they were too busy to wait on them! After he told the manager that he didn't know how she said that was the only way, 3 more customers came in at that time 2 elderly and a younger person all together the elderly man was a veteran! They were also told to use the kiosk to which he replied he didn't know how and was told that was the only way so they all left! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR FOR STAFF!! We will never go back and advise everyone to stay away from there especially if you're elderly or a Veteran!!
