Stopped for a cup of coffee but left after seeing merchandise with bad language prominently displayed right where young children would see it. The rest of the store looked attractive, but this was a turn off for me.

Purchased loose leaf tea, got home realized it's mostly ground product, will fit thru the diffuser. Asked if can exchange 1 day later, receipt in hand with horrible product. No. That was what I got. How embarrassing to give a gift. It's going in the trash. Lost my family's support of shopping local. Never again will I step foot in this store

Bought both of my espresso machines from kitchens and they are great, had to upgrade my old one recently! The coffee bar has an excellent selection of drinks, my favorites are the cookies and cream frappe, frozen hot chocolate, pumpkin pie frappe, and the white chocolate mocha! Staff are always friendly and helpful! I’ve also purchased some coffee beans and the banana foster blend and the seasonal white Christmas blend are my favorites!
The associates do not greet you as you renter the store . They focus on what they are doing . The don’ t leave the counter . I had questions about a product but choose to just get it somewhere else. Hello ! Goes along way may be they need to be trained on customer service. They have some great kitchen products

They’re located in Northpark Mall. They have a really big variety of coffee beans, and have a lot of kitchen utensils along with pots and pans. Just about anything you could need is there.
