Love Long John Silvers. Miss the original stores way back many years ago! Walk in and they had glass panels so you watched them cook your food! Food layered on deep layers of large crispy coating pieces. But now I do the drive up window! Love the food!

Wow man this place is a trip, on a Thursday I ordered 3 boxes of food and got only 2, called them and after 2 hours of periodically recalling trying to get a hold of them I finally got an answer. They told me they'd replace it the next time I'm there. Go back on Saturday I ask for my replacement and order another food box, they said sure they'll put it in the same bag as the food I'm ordering. So tell me why I only got the food I ordered and not the replacement? The fact is I came in after getting a messed up order and order more food on top of the replacement they should of put there best customer service to me to insure my visit was better this time. Instead I get worse, if you want to order food pay for it and not receive it, this is the place for you, horrible customer service. They're even bragging about come in and meet the new manager, if this is what the new manager is training they shouldn't have a job, what a joke.

The sign says meet the new manager. The only reason I would want to meet them is to tell them how terribly ran this building is. There was only two cars in the drive thru line yet it took over 20 minutes to get my food. I had one minute to eat my food when i got back to work. We only ordered two two piece fish meals. They also got our drinks wrong. The main appeal of this place is their A&W root but we got Pepsi instead. The hush puppies were undercooked and they barely gave us any fries! Never go here for lunch they are unable to work efficiently or accurately!

Went though drive through. Battered shrimp was still wet in places, Fish was not crunchy, even the cross cut fries were under cooked. Best thing was the hush puppies, nice and crunchy. Flavors would have been there if cooked completely.

Haven’t been here in a long time. We did dine in. The place was cleaner than I remember. Very nice lighting at the tables. The cashier was very nice. With two kids screaming she was still very nice. The food was hot and very good. Great customer service. Under new management and shows.

I was shorted chicken on my order. As I was already on I-80 I called the store and spoke with the night manager Kendra. She was very polite and accommodating! I told her I would be in town the next day and she told me to stop back and she would replace my meal. I did that and she did replace it. She was awesome! Very polite! We need more Kendra’s in food service! Give that girl a raise! Thank you Kendra!

I'd give a 0 star for this place. Upon arriving at 8:30pm, we were told food would be ready in 20 minutes because they were cleaning the oil pans and we were okay with waiting. While ordering I noticed They had all their chairs up on tables, a guy was out in the lobby with his dirty apron changing the trash as if they were getting ready to close. We ordered 2 family meals each, which ran us each about $42 for dine in. Everything they brought us was hard and cold as can be, and the station for condiments was all completely empty. Nothing was available. Terrible, terrible experience. I had not gone to eat there for over 1 year and was disappointed. I will never recommend this place. The guys there provided terrible service.
They had a 250 piece chicken order right before we walked in they said it was going to be a wait but we had our four different orders in under 10 minutes really happy with the service
