If you like A&w Root beer don't go to this location all their lines have been frozen for days and they're only solution was to upcharge you $2 for a shake as an alternative. Of course they tell you this after you order, the manager was completely rude and thought it was totally okay that there was no other alternative except for tea to any fountain drink.

My waitress was great. But she didn’t have enough change in the drawer so called for a supervisor to assist 5 times and she either didn’t hear her because she had ear buds in one of her ears or she just couldn’t hear her. Meanwhile my food is ready and I’m still waiting for my change. Took like 10 minutes to get my change back so not only was our meal cold but my husband had to go back up for a sandwich that they forgot. All in all bad experience and we usually live the food.

Pulled into the drive-through on a night where they had apparently closed early, but we did not realize this because the drive-through menu was lit, and the voice greeted us, asking us to order when ready. After ordering and getting no feedback, we drove around to the window, where we discovered the small makeshift sign apologizing for the inconvenience, but stating the closure. It would have been nice if there had been a sign on the order menu or if the menu and automatic voice had been off. We are not the only ones this happened to. It was very frustrating and easily remedied.

We feel let down for the food they served us with. My husband even said he feels sorry for the fish that was killed for those embarrassing tacos that look nothing like the menu picture. It was better 10 years ago when they actually cared about their customers.
