All the bars are decorated for Christmas which is nice and pleasant, and a nice vibe to just drink in on a Saturday night with friends. This is a old bar dating back to when my grandfather was a young guy drinking in the same bar. So easy 60 years old which is cool.

They intentionally served wings that were so on fire that I am headed to the ER. The night before I was at a gathering after work and they did not wait on a group of lawyers and judges. They should receive a negative 100 . Quite frankly they deserve to be sued for these dangerously hot wings. If I do not get better, they may be. Horrid place. So sad ! They used to be fun and nice.

Tonight was my first visit to Mac's Tavern. I met a couple friends that recommended the chicken wings. The facility was clean and the staff was welcoming. There was very adequate seating and the atmosphere was friendly. Our wait staff was well informed and prompt to answer our questions. The wings were amazing. There was a good mix of flats and legs. I opted to try a couple of the in-house sauces. The flavor was fantastic. Thanks for a great experience. I especially liked the family atmosphere. I will be back!

Old school environs. Families, locals, sports and drinking fans... Came for a bite to eat....would have never ordered it, but the bartender recommended the bangers and mash. And it was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! (I may go back tomorrow for more)

Golly, bud.. I liked this place after the first time I visited, now I have even more respect for them, and their operation.
SCENE: I ordered Burber To-go, and while I waited, I enjoyed some whiskey. There was an error and I received the wrong type of burger.
So I call and after explaining the problem, I had to convince the (very kind, and genuine) woman on the phone, that a voucher for almost 2 times my whole bill was just too much. I wasnāt upset about the mixup at all and even still, they made a serious effort to make the issue pale in comparison to their gesture to make it right.
The whole issue was instead of a burger on bun I got a burger on a GRILLED CHEESEā¦ (profound menu item I must say.) However, as I take my sustenance intake seriously, (having lost almost 100 lbs in a year) a bacon burger is pushing it far enough. so, unfortunately, the GRILLEDCHEEMSBURBER was a no go for me. Iām Sure it tasted fantastic tho. simple mistake, impressive effort to make it right.
Great place, great service, and fantastic food. 5 stars. Big recommend. Much appreciate. All love, favorite place in QCA (so far, I guess.)
As a redneck recently moved from rural Pennsylvania, this place gives me a comfy--not āhomelikeā vibe PER SEābut definitely the closest vibe Iāve found in this area TO back home.
No Iāve not been paid to write this, and no I donāt have any form of stake in this business. this is the 3rd time Iāve even been there. Just offering credit, where credit is due.
Ladies working are wonderful to talk with. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, just makes it happy and inviting as you walk in.

Food was amazing but before we even got to that, the service team was amazing. TL; DR: servers/bartenders were amazing and fast!
When we got there, the tables were packed so we sat at the bar. They werenāt sugarcoating that it might be a little bit for our food. Wasnāt very long! By the time we were finishing our first drinks they were clearing a table and offering that we could move from the bar. The servers and bartenders were funny and sweet. The food was amazing. I had the bacon Mac and cheese burger with fries. The drinks were fantastic. Wish I was local!

Wednesday nights, wings are 85 cents a piece. You can mix and match any flavor and in any quantity. The food was fantastic! Highly recommend if youāre looking for wings and beer!
