Iāve been to several McAlisterās locations, and this one consistently disappoints. The service is just okay, but the environment feels disorganizedāthe front counter is often cluttered, which gives off a poorly managed vibe. What really stands out (in a bad way) is the upcharge on side items. Out of all the locations Iāve visited, this is the only one that does that. On top of that, there have been multiple visits where the food wasnāt even properly cut or platedāit looked like it was just thrown together without care. Itās no surprise this place is usually empty. Definitely not what I expect from McAlisterās.

I learned the hard way this is a place you must check any to go order from here before leaving. I asked for a chicken cesar salad and this place instead just ended up giving me a regular salad with Absolutely No Chicken what so ever and a Big chunk of the Inedible bottom stock were the roots go in the soil which normally gets thrown in the trash instead they just put it in with the salad. This was my first & last time coming here.

Our new lunch spot! Maybe for dinner, too. This is the nicest staff I've encountered in a long time. The sweetest girl walked us through the ordering process and continued to nashe valid and successful suggestions. Even the music was awesome! How did we not know about this place?

I placed an order for 12 people somewhat last-minute, and this McAlister's team was awesome. Manager, Brie, was professional and friendly, and the team worked hard to get out the order asap. Food was good, the service was great.
Apparently they no longer take orders from drive-thru you have to call in or walk in

First time at a McAlisters when we were in Davenport. Looked for something new and gave them a Try. The food was good and the staff was very pleasant. We are in an the presentation was nice as they bring your order to the table. Great option that's quick like a fast food restaurant but has the vibe and food quality of a sit down restaurant.

Staff didn't know which sandwiches were hot or cold. Was told Ruben was hot in fact was not, and sauerkraut was ice could, small bread size and small meat serving. Root beer was gawd awful lemon aide was way too sweet.
