I predict bothof these i te QC will close by 2024' s end. I was reallylooking forward to a New York and a spud. Waited in Moline, rather long wait for 4 in front of me only for the order taker to run back to the kitchen and ask me to wait. I wait. Order taker returns, tells me they are out of spuds.The wait was long to be out, so I leave, go to Davenport. 4th in line, here-both people arein the kitchen-no order taker. Two of the customers in front of me leave as the wait drags on. The order taker returns and begins to take the order of the person in front of me-order taker leaves again-wait continues-I have now waited a combined 60 mins plus a drive between two states. I leave.If you are looking for work, maybe they are hiring, or maybe they do not care about walk outs- either way, with no change, both of these "deli's" will see their last year here-hopefully someone with some business acumen sees this and applies the necessary resources to survive. Lots of great food, just cant get to it.

Ordered through DoorDash (so it was expensive) and received my Horseradish and beef sandwich with the cheese paper not removed and was melted into the sandwich. I did speak with the manager Holly and she said there was someone training but there should be some guidance or quality check while some e is training.I lost my appetite and threw a whole sandwich away, while door dash reimbursed for the sandwich, fees, taxes and tips of $12 was basically for a $12 tea.I sure hope there improvements being made here, I’ll not be eating here for quite some time, even though it is one of my favorite sandwich shops in Carol Stream, il.

I order from Uber eats order soup sandwich and nacho didn't receive my sandwich call at 7:55 said closed at 8:00 no one answered paid 24 dollars for soap and nacho

Ibadore this place. The food is always top-notch and fresh. The service is excellent. Soups, salads, and sandwiches are great, but my favorite is the baked potatoes (beware they are the size of a football).
