Took my client inside to dine. Early 11am so the rush wasn’t too much yet. Paid for my client meal first at the kiosk and then myself. My coworker and other client got their meals after ordering from the front counter and then I received my meal. After several minutes passed by I asked Alesia about the missing meal and she asked what the situation was. I showed her mine and my clients receipt and she asked for the other two ladies receipt. One whom said that they didnt get their receipt. Alesia took their orders at the front counter. The other clients receipt stated table 54 while mine and my clients stated table 14 as we input into the kiosk.
The solution was simple. The order got missed, we’re providing the correct receipt for the missing meal as the other 3 at the table have a meal and rather than apologizing for the issue, we got told to have all four receipts.
A few more minutes go by when she finally has the order ready but I met her at the front counter rather than waiting for her to come to the table. I asked her “Is this hers?” and she said yes. Then proceeded to tell me in the future how we needed to have all the receipts at the table. I questioned her since we had the correct receipt to the missing meal and was still told “just next time have the receipt”
Listen this never needed to be this deep of an issue. We showed you the correct receipt for the missing meal and all that needed to happen was “My apologies let me get that for you” Instead we got talked down to and looked at sideways.
When asked for her name she stated “I wasn’t rude” No one said you were. If anyone was rude it was me when I walked away from you telling you “have the day you deserve”.
Needed your name to list this review so your higher management can understand that rather than being professional and handling the issue you made 2 mentally challenged adults feel like they were criminals for trying to make things right. Alesia you made my client feel like she did something wrong when she never did, and that is not okay with me.
I never have high expectations of McDonald's because it's McDonald's, but this McDonald's location by far is the worst experience consistently every visit. Their entire team significantly lacks customer service skills as well as basic communication skills. Why have an app that you can order ahead of time through, if they're going to park you and make you wait 20 minutes anyway? I was under the assumption that the app will help get through the line faster but unfortunately I always end up waiting longer than I would if I pull through the drive thru normally. This location has me going to Burger King instead

Very horrible/poorly management. They done messed up on the same order 2x. The first time they said ok you can come back another time or we can send out a McDonald’s meal card. No I was ok on the mail card last time I never received one and I told them about that . So today went to get my meal they had told me I can come get same thing my order was wrong called the store talk to the manager Cassie Chrissy or whatever her name is she is rude af told me I couldn’t get another meal and just some other bs. I understand that McDonald’s is a busy fast food restaurant and gets a lot a business but sorry y’all will not be getting any of my business again.

Worst McDonald's in the QC area. Service is always slow and food is prepared like the cooks work in a Nascar pit mechanic. 99% of the time they're out of something whether it's tea to ice cream to beef pattys. Or they just forget what you ordered.

I ordered a curbside order, arrived at the store around 12:40. I got on the app to let them know I was outside. They were busy so I didn’t expect my food right away. About 30 minutes go by and still no food. So I go inside and ask about it, at first it seem like nobody knew what I was talking about even tho the proof was on my phone. The worker is a taking a curbside order out I ask her if it was mine. She rudely replied back and said it was 4 and asked me what number I was looking for I said 1 and I have been sitting outside for 30 minutes. She then got the nerve to say well I don’t know, what tf do you not know. Where tf is my food!!!! It has never taken me damn near an hour to get fast food!!! I will never go back their an order again.
