I am a driver for uber eats. I stood and waited in line for a good 10-15 minutes before I even saw an employee come out from the back. The order still wasn’t close to being ready. Myself & another customer also watched an employee eat fries from a bag. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Ended up having to cancel my customer’s order & left.

When ever I go here I always have issues but after today I’m done finally learned my lesson. Every single time they’re messing up my order rather than missing things or they got me the wrong thing. I understand it’s fast food and you can’t expect much but when it’s every single time I visit this place I can’t get what I ordered. It gets annoying. But the biggest problem is they always missing or give you the wrong thing

Everytime I come to this McDonalds there is ALWAYS something wrong. Fries not fresh. Got expired pies. Tried to blame me for a mistake on THEIR end. Nobody working there ever smile or greet you. The whole experience is always terrible. Tell me why I ordered a cookie tote and got 13 cold old cookies. I can’t understand why the food is never fresh
