This location consistenly messes things up. To the point that it almost feels as though its a core part of the experience. Do not go here.

I visited this location every other day. I drink a large black McCafe plain. Pretty basic order. After sitting in line 5-6 minutes, paying and leaving I realized as I was getting ready to drink my coffee that it was creamy. Obviously not my coffee I reached out to McDonald's and talked to Carissa about my incorrect order. She told me she would talk to the staff and I requested a McCafe of my choice and she agreed. I went to McDonald's today and submitted my order in addition to requesting my free drink. The gentleman at the window informed me that the manager Stephany said they would only give me what I ordered. I explained to her my conversation with Carissa and she did not care and tried to change the stipulations. Mind you the line was moving slower than usual 7-8 minutes. I then requested my refund at that point because I don't even want the coffee. She goes on to say I need to have my receipt which was not requested previously. She then went on to walk away from the window and she was on the phone. At that point another manager came and rectified the situation. Upon leaving I seen a law enforcement officer and I was flagged down she asked me what happened and informed me that I was being banned from the store. I was humiliated, targeted and treated poorly. If corporate doesn't reach out to me in 5-7 days I will be filing a civil suit for slander. On what grounds was I being trespassed for. I will contact the local news. McDonald's has cameras and I will not be treated like a criminal. I was not unruly or disrespectful

I am a driver for uber eats. I stood and waited in line for a good 10-15 minutes before I even saw an employee come out from the back. The order still wasn’t close to being ready. Myself & another customer also watched an employee eat fries from a bag. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Ended up having to cancel my customer’s order & left.

When ever I go here I always have issues but after today I’m done finally learned my lesson. Every single time they’re messing up my order rather than missing things or they got me the wrong thing. I understand it’s fast food and you can’t expect much but when it’s every single time I visit this place I can’t get what I ordered. It gets annoying. But the biggest problem is they always missing or give you the wrong thing

Absolute garbage and I've dealt with some bad store locations, every time I come thru I get told to pull forward and end up waiting 15 minutes for my food. It's called fast food for a reason. Do better

Got a double cheeseburger and small fries, both were very cold when I got home and I live 3 minutes away. The cheese didn’t even melt. I won’t be going back!!

I dont know why I keep coming to this location. I ordered fries and pies. I was asked to pull forward, and in the 10 minutes I have been waiting now, 4 cars have gotten their food and drove away.

We ordered our food about around 2:00 it is now 2:25 and there’s a whole line backed up because of how long the food and/ or people are taking . We didn’t order a lot and have been sitting waiting for quite some time ??. Service is bad and slow .
