Horrible service. Order online for pickup in the drive-thru. Was made to park on the other side of the building of the driv-thru because my order wasn't ready. Waited 20 minutes to get my food, only to find out the order wasn't right. Finally went inside after waiting a total of 30 minutes. Wish I could say this is the only time I had this happen. Would have given negative star if it was an option. Will not be back.

Their service is absolutely terrible went in for a large frappe and got a halfway filled cup!!! The people serving the food were extra snobby and it’s not the first time I’ve had a problem with this McDonalds last time I was there I ordered a spicy mc crispy and fries fry box was only half way full if I could give this place a 0 star rating I would DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

McDonalds has really done well with technology and how they process the customer. Two (2) lane drive through, ordering online is faster and easier. Point system works.

I’m assuming they had some issues with their staffing. Or they were trying to switch to lunch without planning on finishing their breakfast rush. My children and I are currently sitting in the parking lot waiting for them to bring us our food. It is currently 10:45am we got here at 10:10. The line to pay should have been my warning to just skip the line and head out. We really need people to come to work. You can tell they are trying to get the food out but it’s taking entirely too long. There are so many cars backed up that some don’t even have a spot to wait in because they are all full.

Ordered steak egg n cheese bagel and hot sausage instead. Then a big glob of mayo. It was just nasty. I’m sorry I stopped. And it won’t happen again anytime soon when you have a cool set out to ruin my breakfast.
