Went at 11:24am on 12-05-2025 to order two sandwiches but it must have been difficult for the gentleman taking the order at the first window because he made a smart comment saying “it shouldn’t be so difficult to order, just get a Big Mac”. I feel that this is completely unacceptable considering I frequent this location at least 2-3 times per week since it is one of the only options to carry out food close to work. And also the fact that it shouldn’t be the customer’s fault an employee isn’t trained properly to know the menu and what options are available to substitute or add. Not sure if the employee is just difficult to be trained or if it’s an owner issue where employees can say whatever it is they feel like even if it’s disrespectful or outright unnecessary. I probably won’t come back for a while and I hope something changes because if not, I sense that a lot of customers will also not back with the attitude of certain employees

Alicia is the manager and she's great. I work as an Amazon driver & I go there every day for breakfast/lunch before I start my route. Foods always hot & fast. Location is always clean. Alicia remembered my name which was cool. Ill be stopping at this specific location everyday i work. Highly recommended.

This location has gone downhill. This time around I was serviced dry old hamburgers. I had to wait for quarter pounder to be made and you think the hamburgers would be made fresh as well. They weren't even made to what the ticket said. The kid who hands you the food needs customer service training. My first paying job was at McDonald's, when it was in Northpark mall, the standards at most McDonald's around here have dropped. Just overall disappointed.

Lobby closes before 10pm on Saturdays, thus it is a complete inconvenience. This is by far the worst location in Iowa not just in the Quad Cities.

4 miles round-trip and I’m a tell you why I ordered the new golden chicken with the gold sauce medium with fresh fries. They gave me the coldest fries they can find and then when I complained about it, they gave me fresh fries and they took the salt and pour it all over my food. They don’t never get your order right there, but they’ll give you a return meal ticket. But that only works when your local or your truck driver or traveler who comes to this area on a regular basis I will steer clear of this place or make sure you check your food if you’re going through the drive-through
Order here all the time but lately it kinda sucks. I placed an online order at 10:20am and on the drive apparently it passed over into lunchtime… So at 10:32 AM they would not honor the mobile order I placed because “it’s lunch now”

Hey what can I say it's a McDonald's. I'm not a huge fan of McDonald's, but in a pinch you have to stop by. I still like their fries better than most of the other big burger Giants. As long as they're fresh and they're their bagel breakfast sandwich is very tasty

The workers are very friendly, but too often I get my order swapped up with other customers. If it was just once or twice it wouldn't be an issue but when I have to keep going inside to have my order fixed it does get tedious.
I also have to check my receipt afterwards, since oftentimes I am charged for things I had given them coupons for.
If you have anything more than a single drink I would suggest going inside and avoiding the drive through. And check your bag before you leave.
