Our company had Moe’s cater for our monthly employee lunch. We really enjoyed all of the options provided, including the queso and chips. Both were absolutely delicious!

There was two employees there, the young guy was nice but he was working with a woman that was Hispanic, she rolled her eyes and acts like everything is an issue and the most difficult thing ever. She was short with us and rude. She kept rolling her eyes when she saw my wife got tacos because I guess she didn’t know what to do with them or how to package them.

I've come to this location numerous of times & only once out those times has the staff been pleasant. The staff is rude inconsistent with prices for extra items. The last time I came in the older female of asian descent (I'm not sure of name, best description i can think of. May be a manager) had a defensive tone. I've had 2 interactions with her & both were unpleasant. I gave food rating a 5 star due to queso being good, but it's not good enough to come into a facility with negative interaction. There's barely any customers & you can be rushed to order by certain people. Chipotle can have a line out the door & they still don't rush you or make you feel overwhelmed. It Will definitey be my last time stepping foot into this location. It's unfortunate, when you have to coach yourself into going into a place hoping it'll be a better experience next time but never is.
Went to buy gift cards and the cashier said they didn’t know how to sell them. Cashier asked the manager for help, and they said “I already showed you” and walked away. So I just left

Food was okay .. could tell it wasn't the freshest. 1 of the 3 staff members was absolutely horrible to deal with. Rude and short with us while ordering. The other younger staff were friendly enough. Believe we were over charged by atleast $10-$15. Would recommend the Chipotle in the area over Moe's.

I had been to a different Moe's a few times and it was great Everytime. The people were okay but this location just didn't have the food right. So gross and I don't even know how they messed it up so bad... Weird.
Staple of our Sundays since kids eat free with purchase of regular meal. I always leave overly full. Staff is great!

I had a terrible experience with a very rude employee named Lil. She became annoyed with me because I couldn’t hear her question. I said “it’s my first time here. Please be patient with me.” She made a disgusted sound and rolled her eyes at me! Her co worker saw the whole thing. He apologized and offered to finish my order for me. I declined. I paid for my son’s food & we sat down. He ended up refunding my money and apologized for her rude behavior again. Although I appreciate his efforts I will never go back to this restaurant! There is no excuse to treat customers like that!
