I would give it five stars as it matures, by 4 is pretty dang good after going there during the break in period! Potential, that's what this restaurant has... and I believe it will fulfill if given the chance.... The chef is the Real Deal and the food is delicious! I will be keeping my eye on the pace as it has TONS of potential!!! I look forward to my next visit!

We had a great dinner here. The steaks were cooked perfectly. I do wish the server mentioned it was an upcharge to get the different flavored fries. They were barely different from regular fries. Good though.

This is becoming one of my favorite places. Great atmosphere. It's not a huge menu, which is nice, allowing them to focus on the quality of the dishes they do have. Prices are some of the best I've seen in the area of drinks and food. The presentation was perfectly executed, and the portions were huge. I had the Blt paired with a side salad, a side of fries, and we added bread service. Excellent from start to finish.

I look forward to my trip out to the QC once every four months and make sure to hit Monarch every time! The food doesn’t miss but more importantly the staff is FANTASTIC! Nebo and Cedric have gone above and beyond on every occasion and I could not be more grateful. What an incredible establishment I highly recommend to anyone looking to eat in the QC.

Great experience here tonight! The food and staff are great and really make sure you have a time to remember here - I was even able to pick out my steak knife. We'll definitely be back to try something different, I'd highly recommend their Filet and Crab entree.

My husband and I came here on a whim to celebrate both our birthdays and a parents night out. We'd heard great things from friends and neighbors but were really blown away by the quality of our food and service. Daniela was our server and knocked the whole night out of the park. She had perfect recommendations and checked in at all the right times during our dinner. We split each of the burgers, the Peppered Steakhouse burger was amazing, very flavorful and cooked perfectly. All of our drinks were great, both our desserts were fantastic. I truly have only positive things to say about our experience. We'll 100% be back again!

Great experience tonight. Noodles for me, burger for my wife... so good! Meredith was a rock star, knew the menu inside and out, made great recommendations and was super friendly. The Old Fashion and Jamie Hendrix cocktails were delicious too. 6 stars!
