a register was not working correctly so I was asked to start over at another register. I understand that can happen, but when I was charged twice for my meal I contacted Nally's & actually spoke to the manager. He told me I was not charged twice & that I should go to my bank to dispute it. Which I did.
But as a business owner myself for 38 years, that is not the appropriate way to treat a customer. Otherwise the service was good, the food was decent but I will never recommend...read full review
We’ve used Nally’s for catering events twice this year and both experiences were wonderful. Plenty of food, delicious, and very reasonably priced!
12 tacos for $24 was a great deal. They were delicious. We also ordered rice, which hit the spot. I was hoping we’d get some complimentary chips & salsa with our order, but perhaps they don’t come with the taco special?
